 ABSTRACT
The software is designed to be an open platform for
attendance create by staff’s voice and mark as present
with the help of staff’s voice.

The objective is to reduce paper attendance and store a all

necessary information about staffs with their voice and its
also generate a safe environment for details of staffs.

This software accomplishes by allowing the staffs to store

their voice and software will help to fill attendance by
voice and displaying the information about a staff and also
show the result of attendance of all staffs.

The another staff can not help to anyone when he/she is

not present in a office because its recognize the voice of all
staff if the voice is match the show the attendance sheet to
fill present.

attendance that staff verify the necessary details.

list based on their attendance progress.
 
➢​ ​Login: There will be a management login forum
in which the management will get to know about the
progress of the staff.
 
➢​ ​Here, manager can get information about old
staff and also attendance marks.

NEED OF THE SOFTWARE

Here, through this project we want to study and try
to boost the existing attendance system with voice
modules so that a lots of time is save and also fake
attendance can be taken care of.

CONCLUSION

This software is used to reduce a paper attendance

and convert in software system view and stop the
fake attendance of student/ staff.
 FUTURE SCOPE

We think that we can still have

improvements in speed and accuracy via
introducing the attendance system to make
sure that the attendance is marked
accurately and verify as compare to
conventional attendance system.
