sense that their feedback is signi cant for any manager to know exactly, and
learn from. The given three methods are very important that will help you to
collect important feedback from your team and improve the overall culture and
welfare of your company.
This is signi cant to make an environment for open honesty where they can talk
about things without the panic of being warned. Employee reviews may lead to
worry about a few people, thus ensure that focus is a common objective and

You should examine it on a regular basis and address any issues posted

employees will be cheated.
