2. Procurement:
Existing cities: Strengthen the supplier relationship and introduce better VENDOR
MANAGEMENT for quality check.
Also enter into partnerships with local grocery vendors to source supplies from them (when
demand increases may need more suppliers) to enhance the delivery effectiveness. Label
them EATWELL CERTIFIED PARTNERS.

New Cities: Engage in collaborations with farmer bodies, strike exclusive deals for long term
purpose. Alliances with grocery stores as well.

Longer shelf life product as it is normal relationship with big time producers.

For private labels – Across new and old cities, reach out to more region-specific producers,
focus on building a pan India brand capturing essence of India, opening for Pan-India
delivery (Eg: gunpowder in Hyderabad to be delivered to Surat)

To check on quality from hyperlocal – instead of picking up from them during delivery, they
can supply stuff to our fulfilment centres in regular intervals so quality check ensured.

3. Inbound Logistics: Outsource transport from supplier to warehouses. Warehouses to


fulfilment centres – intrinsic.

4. Operations:

 In existing city fulfilment centres in busy areas.
 CAN CREATE A WEEKLY DELIVERY SCHEDULE FROM WH TO FC. Replenishment
model.
 Can have 4 inhouse mini trucks to transport from W.H to FCs
 FC receives stuff from both WH (specialized branded products + few local produce
things) + from Local grocery-hyperlocal
 Packaging at FCs
 Technology intensive operations, as usual
 CAN OUTSOURCE FULFILMENT CENTRES OPERATIONS
 Invest in robotics
 Highly mechanized – conveyor belts, colour coded W.H segregation etc.

5. Outbound Logistics: Outsourced, pick up from nearest fulfilment centres – these centres can
also have a brick mortar section for shoppers to shop.

6. Customer service – subscription-based models, cooking ingredients packaged together.
