The following Extension of Lease Agreement is made by and between: Name of

Landlord ("Landlord") and Name of Tenant ("Tenant"), collectively referred herein as

the "Parties".

The Parties agree to mutually extend and amend the lease agreement executed by
them on Date and related to the premises located at Address as follows:

 The term of said lease is exended for a period of further 12 months

commencing on Start Date, and terminating on End Date.

 During the extended term, the monthly rent agreed upon in said lease is
increased by Percent Increase%, and therefore Tenant shall pay Landlord a
monthly rent of $New Rent.

 Utilities bills not included in the rent will be paid directly by Landlord, who will
be subsequently reimboursed by Tenant upon receipt of a copy of said bills.
The Parties further knowledge that all other terms of the lease shall continue during
this extended term as if set forth herein, and that this agreement shall be binding
upon the Parties' successors, assignees and representatives.

RESIDENTIAL LEASE EXTENSION

THIS LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease Extension") is made and

___________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord")
and ___________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant,” whether one or
more, and each agreeing to be bound by and held jointly and severally liable under the terms and
conditions of this Lease Extension).
In consideration of the covenants and obligations contained herein and of other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. PRIOR LEASE: The parties executed a Lease Agreement dated ________________________
(hereinafter “Lease Agreement”) with a term of lease commencing on the ____ day of
___________________, 20____, and which expires on the ____ day of ___________________,
20____. All terms, conditions, and provisions of said Lease Agreement are hereby incorporated by
reference or by attachment.
2. EXTENSION OF PRIOR LEASE TERM: The parties hereby agree to extend and continue the
aforementioned Lease Agreement for an additional term, commencing on the ____ day of
________________, 20____, and expiring on the ____ day of _________________, 20____.
3. REVISED RENT PAYMENTS: The rent shall be payable in equal monthly installments of
$_____________, payable on the ______ day of each month of the term. The first full rent payment
under this Lease Extension is due on the ______ day of ____________, 20____.

COMMERCIAL LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
This Commercial Lease Extension Agreement (“Extension”) is made and entered into this ________ day of 
____________________, 20____, by and between __________________________ having an address at 
_______________________ ______________________________________________ (the “Lessor”) and 
_______________________________________________________________ having an address at 
_______________________ _________________________________ (the “Lessee”)
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on the ____________________ day of ____________________________, ____________ Lessor and 
Lessee have entered into a Commercial Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
WHEREAS, the said Agreement will expire on the _________ day of _________________, 20____. 
WHEREAS, the Lessor and Lessee hereby desire to extend the term of the said Agreement
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and obligations contained in this Extension and of 
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties 
agree as follows:
1. EXTENSION OF TERM
Lessor and Lessee hereby agree to extend the said Agreement for an additional period of ____________ years, 
commencing from the ____ day of ________________, 20____, and terminating on the ____ day of 
_________________, 20____ (the “Extended Term”), upon the terms and conditions contained in the said 
Agreement.
2. REVISED RENT
For and during the Extended Term, the Lessee shall pay monthly rent in the amount of $_____________. This rent
