Topic: “Maintaining a Healthy Heart”

Topic Description: Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women globally. Everyone is at risk but we are at higher risk if we don’t keep
our hearts healthy. A healthy heart is central to overall good health. Embracing a healthy lifestyle at any age can prevent heart disease and
lower our risk for a heart attack or stroke. We are never too old or too young to begin taking care of our heart.The younger we begin making
healthy choices, the longer we can reap the benefits.
