There are four types of freakouts: the nervous, the angry, the sad, and the joyful. You may fit into more than one category, and that’s perfectly fine.

The first mask of freaking out is anxiety, which comes in many forms. It can be difficult to identify, and it can lead to overthinking, which is the opposite of productivity. You need to learn how to recognize it and fight back.
