kasi naka cbd na sila, paano sila
makikipagsabayan sa area.
- “EDI TANGGALING NALANG YUNG COURT” hindi
po pwede kasi yun yung soul/heart nung
tenement or dun kilala yung mga the tenement.
Kasi may value yung court.
- FOCUS: housing and public interaction in one
place.
U-BELT
- Considering the pattern of students
- PROBLEM: U-Belt is a defacto district of Manila
covering the ---, ----, --- (yung areas na kasama),
29 universities kaya madalas congested
because of the narrow roads and clogging of
minor chuchu, tas criminal rates.
Existing na problema din sa traffic
Congestion’s negative effect: mababa
