Atty. Bom this afternoon and he gave me a briefer of the urgency of the matter. I am
including in this loop our Atty. Alden Gonzales, Head of our Litigation Group, with whom
I discussed this matter and who will be in charge of this case.

We shall be sending you our proposal soonest which will include our estimated
timeframe to complete the process.
