RENAL CARE REPLACEMENT UNIT SYSTEM

Renal Care Replacement Unit is a dialysis monitoring system that monitors the number of sessions each

dialysis patient has acquired. This system enables users to easily encode the patients’ dialysis sessions

and to monitor the number of sessions rendered to each patient.

INTRODUCTION

This user instruction manual is designed for Renal Care Replacement Unit System users to explain them

how to add items that are being used, encode patients’ dialysis sessions and payments, view records,

and retrieve data of each patient. You can find step-by-step instructions on these along with connection

configuration to be able to connect to another server.

RETRIEVE DATA

Step 1.
Select “BILLING”.

Type in username and password.

Select “LOGIN”.
Step 2.

Fill the textboxes as shown above and select “Retrieve”.

Now, you get the total number of sessions of the patient based on the filtered dates.
ENCODE SESSION

Step 1.

Select “DIALYSIS”.
Type in username and password.

Select “LOGIN”.

Step 2.
Entries that has been encoded are shown.

From the menu, select “Add Data”.

Begin by selecting a product or an item and click “+”.


Fill

in data as shown above and click “Save”.

The encoded data is shown.


Click “Back” to encode again.

Step 3.

To add product/item, select “Add Product” and fill in data as shown above.

Click “Done”.
Step 4.

The table can be sorted by either, ID, Date, Session #, HPN, OR Date, OR #, Total, Paid, or Due by clicking

on the column name.

To view the data of each entry, click “View”.


CONNECT TO ANOTHER SERVER

Step 1

Select “ADMIN”.
Type in username and password.

Select “LOGIN”.

Configuration page is displayed.


Click “Edit” to start.

Make some changes and click “update”.
