improvement? Describe any event / situation in your life which has impacted / influenced you significantly

As a person and professional, I consider myself as an eternal learner who always try to learn from my experiences
and to make a difference to every aspect of my personal and professional sphere. I have always seen new challenges
as an opportunity to prove my mettle and apply all my skill and knowledge to come up with best I can. I never
hesitate to take responsibility and accountability of my actions and always stay optimistic and motivated to perform
to the best of my ability and knowledge.

I believe, I am calm, patient and balanced in every situation and this inherent quality has always enabled me to
perform consistently in different facets of my personal and professional life. My reliability and trust worthiness has
always kept me in higher ranks with my Supervisors.

I am detailed oriented and observant as I cannot accept things until I am fully satisfied with them, which takes a little
more time than usual.

Well, mentioning about an event which has a significant impact on me would be the time when I joined my office. It
was a great learning experience. These three golden years of training has not only taught me the nitty gritty of the
profession, but it has also inculcated a great sense of managerial and administrative sense in my personality.

Working with colleagues of diversified culture and mindset has certainly made me a great team player and a human
being. Interacting with clients from different sectors with dynamic mix of business models and issues associated with
it, inculcated a great sense of professional and behavioural learning changing the way I perceive things and interact
with people around.

2. What is your single largest achievement so far? Why do you consider it to be your largest achievement?

The most notable accomplishment for me would be the successful and timely completion of Statutory Audit of our
Firm’s first IND AS compliant entity, in which I was assigned as an Audit Senior. I joined the audit team at a time when
the due date of completion of the audit (Results had to be uploaded at BSE) was near and most of our senior who
worked on the same left the team due to completion of their tenure. Most of the review work was pending. As Ind As
was newly introduced at that time, so there was lack of clarity and understanding for the same. Before I joined the
team I was already into obtain understanding of some of the Ind As, which fortunately was useful while completion
of the audit. With my prudence and ability to drive my team positively, we were able to complete the project timely
with utmost quality.

I consider it to be my largest achievement as I was able to deliver the best I could at a time when the team needed
the most and also when circumstances were not very favourable (Doing an Ind As Assignment first time with limited
time in hand). Also I was able to meet the expectations of my Supervisor.

3. Have you ever adopted a non-traditional approach to manage a project / situation or to solve a problem? Briefly describe
the project / situation of the problem, the approach and the outcome.
I believe I as a team player has always added value to most of the assignments I have undertaken. I have always
stressed upon automation of audit processes where there is risk of biased samples. I have always used non-
traditional approach by picking samples using an online portal(random.org) to pick audit samples. This unorthodox
approach have always kept the sampling process unprejudiced in comparison to picking samples manually. Further
I have mostly ensured a bottom up approach for resolution of queries by coordinating with mid-level management
and keeping the escalation level to top management at minimum even when my team mates escalated the issues
resulting in a top down approach.
4. What are your personal goals in life? How would getting into Marico / this role help you in your journey towards your
Personal Goals?

It is my ambition to be in a position where my skills and talents would be put to best use. I prefer to have such
opportunities which would broaden my exposure and create a sustainable growth for my career. I would like to work
in an environment where I have the power to give ideas.
And Marico is a perfect start for this. As the company not just focuses on employer employee relationship, but
provides a platform for people like me can work as a team to prosper and grow with the company. The company has
always given its employees freedom to express which proved to be beneficial for the employee as well as Company.

I have not restricted myself in any way and willing to work in any circumstances. I am willing to work anywhere in
