protection against accidental deaths and injuries

Medical Examination Not Required

Our Helpdesk Our Prudential Team (PMLI) or our Agents will assist
with the applications, premium payments and claim
procedures.

Death Benefit If an insured person dies during the period of insurance,

his/her beneficiary will be paid the Death Claim (sum
insured) to the family.

Injury Benefit If an insured gets injured during the period of insurance,

he/she will be indemnified as follows:

Injury Percentage of the sum

Insured Permanent total disability 100%

Total loss of eye sight (one eye) 50%

Loss by separation of one hand or leg 50%

Fracture of one hand or leg 25%

Total loss of hearing (one hearing) 25%

Hospitalization and weekly loss of Income 3% to 15%

Exclusions: Not claimable if the injuries sustain from Death,

Narcotic drugs, self-inflicting injuries, Deaths or injuries
caused by a disease, riots or wars, committing crimes or
involvement in a public disturbance

 Sum Insured From 500,000 kyats to 20,000,000 kyats per person
From 1,000 USD to 200,000 USD for (Foreigner)

Period of Insurance One year (renewable on expiry)

Premium Premium is fixed 1% of the sum insured for each

individual in the hazardous occupation
Premium is fixed at 0.7% of the sum insured for each
individual working in a safe environment

Mode Of Premium Payment Total premium must be paid in 3 Months/6 Months/12
