DECLARATION
1. In case of an accident I will not hold the institute authorities responsible in any way.
2. I will abide by the following rules:
(i) Member should bring clean shoes to be use exclusively for the Badminton Hall and the same have to
be worn in the cleaning room before entering the Badminton Hall.
(ii) Member should wear proper sportswear: T-Shirts/Shorts/Shoes.
3. Other Rules & regulation and their amendments as decided by the office of Director Sports are applicable on
me and I agree to abide by them. I shall cooperate with the authorities to maintain the discipline in the
Badminton Hall.
4. I understand that if any one of the details given above is proved to false, my membership will be cancelled
and suitable disciplinary action will be taken against me.
It is certified that all the particulars given by the applicant are correct according to the office record. It is
recommended that he/she may be enrolled as a member.
Membership of University Badminton Hall has been granted to the applicant for the period of

Membership fee, as under shall be payable at Director of Sport’s Office, DCRUST, Murthal to be further
deposited in Sports fund head in D.S.W. account.
1. Membership Fee including I-Card for category- A, B, C Rs. 100/- {per financial
year}
2. Membership Fee including I-Card for category- D, E & F Rs. 500/- {per financial
year}
(Except Sunday)
Note:- Fee charges will be used for smooth functioning, routine maintenance and further if budget permits out of
charge fee, game consultant/ coach may be hired as & when required.
Morning Schedule: 05:00 A. M. to 7:00 A. M.-----------Students, Staff / Faculty Members & their wards (Male).
07:00 A. M. to. 9:00 A. M. ---------Students, Staff / Faculty Members & their wards (Female).
Evening Schedule: 04:00 P.M. to 06:00 P.M.---------- -Students, Staff / Faculty Members & their wards (Female).
06:00 P.M. to 08:00 P. M. ------------- Students, Staff / Faculty Members& their wards (Male).
