4.1ntroductory activity Activity:
(5min)  The teacher will let the students give reasons about:
 Questions:
What are the different barriers in coming to school? In doing
something?
 The students have varied answers.

Note: The teacher will tell then explain that those are barriers in their lives which is
topic for the day “ BARRIERS TO EXERCISE”
4.2 Activity  The teacher will make an overview about the topic.
( 10min)  Group Activity:
 The students are group into four (4).
 Each group will list down about the Barriers to Exercise based on their
experiences.
 Group 1
 Group 2
 Group 3
 Group 4

 They are given 10 minutes to prepare their reports.

4.3 Analysis  The teacher will let each group discuss the assigned topic.
(10mins.)  Each group will choose among the group mates to discuss briefly about the barriers to
exercise.
 Follow up question:
How would you overcome the barriers to exercise?

4.4Abstraction
(10mins)  After the group presentation, the teacher will give a brief discussion about the barriers
and how to overcome those barriers to exercise.
 The teacher will make inputs regarding the topic being discussed to enhance students
learning.

4.5 Application A. Group activity: Let each group present a creative presentation on how to overcome
(20mins) barriers to exercise.
