Prepare the materials needed.

Cut the stem of the flower one to two inches off.

Remove any leaves below the waterline.

Label the plastic bottles.

 Crush five aspirins.

Add the crushed aspirin in a plastic bottle with 340 ml of water.

 Mix 340 ml of water with 2 ml of bleach on the other plastic bottle.

Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with 10 ml of vinegar in a plastic bottle with 340 ml of water.
Mix 85 ml of sprite with 225 ml of water on another plastic bottle.
Put 340 ml pure water on the last plastic bottle.
Put one stem of the rose flower to each of the plastic bottles with different solutions.
