For once in our life, we all became like PK, innocent, naked, without knowledge about the things

that surrounds us yet curious and wants to explore. So as time passes by, we grow and learn new things
about the world that other people have taught us. They teach us what they think is wrong and right,
what’s good and bad. They taught us things and practices that they believed to be true and right without
considering our own and looking at other people’s perspective. The movie PK was a story of a man who
happened to be an astronaut from another planet in the universe who was sent to the Earth.

This movie was directed by Rajkumar Hirani, starring Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma. It
follows the life of an Alien named as PK that came to the Earth for a research mission but unfortunately
loses his remote control, the only device he can use to communicate with his spaceship. His journey
started by looking for the man who stole his device but end up realizing a lot of things. Upon believing
that it is only Him who could truly help him, he decided to practice or perform rituals of almost all
religions and praised their Gods just like what other people does. Things became complicated for him to
understand everything because at some point, God is not granting his wish but at the end, he looked at
the bigger picture and understood that people doesn’t need to believe in many Gods and religions but
just to believe that He is existing because truth to be told, we are being divided by these beliefs. PK
made us realize and reflect to the thought, “If God wanted us all to be separated, He would have had
different religious labels stamped on us from birth.” It is not His intention to separate us from others
through differences in culture and religion. It is the humans who created different religions that isolates
us people from other people thinking that one’s religion is superior than others.
