Fix the STOPPER TUBEs and BRACKET to the PUMP. Turn on the SUB POWER SW while pressing the Left,
Right and Down keys to enter the SERVICE MODE.

Remove the RIGHT I/S COVER. Gently move the HEAD CARRIAGE leftwards by hand.

Remove the INNER I/S COVER by removing 3 SCREWs as shown in the figure.

Remove the MOTOR by removing 2 SCREWs as shown Remove the BRACKET.

Fix the MOTOR BRACKET to the MOTOR. Fix the MOTOR with the MOTOR BRACKET to the
BRACKET that you made up in step 1.
Be careful with the fixing direction
of the MOTOR BRACKET.

12 CABLE TIE

JOINT TUBE SCREW

Disconnect the TUBE (Black) of the CAP TOP from the TUBE (White) of the PUMP, then remove the PUMP together
with the TUBEs that go into the DRAIN BOTTLE.
Remove the JOINT TUBE and CABLE TIE as well.

SCREWs

Fix the PUMP UNIT to the machine by fixing 2 SCREWs as shown in the figure.

Connect the MOTOR CABLE. Attach the 2 MOUNTING BASEs to the machine.

upper edge of the frame.

Connect the lower TUBE of the PUMP to the CAP TOP.

Connect the upper TUBE of the PUMP to the DRAIN BOTTLE through the WIRE SADDLE.

Make sure not to be tightly fastened by the CABLE TIEs.

Fix the INNER I/S COVER. Gently move the HEAD CARRIAGE by hand to the lock
position.

Select [CAP&WIPER CTRL]>[CAP]>[UP], and press the Fix the RIGHT I/S COVER.
[ENTER] key. The CAP UNIT moves up.
Press the [ENTER] key 3 times because the CAP UNIT
moves up in 3 steps.

FIRMWARE UPGRADE AND SETTING OF THE SYSTEM SWITCH

Upgrade the firmware to the version which supports 23

the new pump and change the SYSTEM SWITCH

The new pump is supported from ver.6.30.

Turn off the SUB POWER SW.

Select [Type1] from [Product].

When connecting the machine by Network, select [via
Start the Peck.

Click [Select Port] button.
When connecting the machine by USB, select [via USB]
and input IP address.
Click [OK].
