Oral Presentation guidelines


Score sheet
I. General Guidelines
Directions: The following serves as general guideline patterns for the presentation.

Presenters must submit a separate copy of the final manuscript of the included chapters containing the following
key components a. Introduction (Background of the study and Review of related literatures) b.
Statement of the problem, b. Assumptions of the study c. Significance of the study and, d. Scope
and limitation of the study. on a long bond paper compiled in a folder.
Each presenter is given 15 minutes to present. This includes time for reporters to accept questions from the rest
of the class.
Reporters may incorporate relevant activities such as brainstorming and games to supplement discussion of the
assigned concept as long as it does not compromise time management.

II. Oral report content


Directions: The following serves as guideline patterns for the content of each presentation.

A. Introduction (15)
Includes the background of the study, the variables of the study, and the research gap.
Must be systematically organized but is does not necessarily follow the order of format from the manuscript.
Present the content in a direct manner.

B. Related literatures (15)


Contains relevant information and recent findings related to the study.
Must be systematically organized containing summarized relevant content for each literature with citation.
Presented literatures must not exceed to 15 related studies but must not go below 5.

C. Objectives and significance of the study (15)


Contains the statement of the problem, assumptions of the study, significance of the study, scope and limitation.
Highlight the research gap and the importance of the study.
The overview of the methodology must be cited on this part of the presentation.

III. Grading criteria


Directions: The evaluation of the presentation will be based on the following rubric.
