 Preparation of In-process inspection and setup approval report.

 To Participate Improvement activities like Kaizens, Poka-Yoke, etc.

 To use Measuring instruments Vernier caliper, Micrometer , Roughness tester,
Height Gauge ,Puppy dial, & Attributes gauges .

 Lay-out Report for New part inspection Report Preparation..

 To Update Limit Sample Board.

 Preparation of Lay-out Inspection report as per Yearly Plan.
 To conduct Process Audit & Product audit as per Yearly plan.
 Preparation of Monthly defect wise Pareto Chart and calculate daily In-house
PPM.
 Daily Red Bin analysis and take Action on major contributes.
 Poison Test of Inspector and Operators Observance as per Plan
