1.0 AIM:. Management report of ONGC company

BENEFITS :
 After performing management report we get knowledge about
different skills.

 We conclude, that profit of any company depends on the proper

management

2.0 Course Outcomes Addressed :

 Use basic management principles to execute daily activities.

 Use principles of planning ad organizing for accomplishment of
tasks.
 Use principles of directing and controlling for implementing the
plans.
 Apply principles of safety management in all activities.
 Understand various provisions of industrial acts.

3.0 Proposed Methodology :

First week : We have created the group of two students for the micro-project and give
the list to the related subject teacher.

Second week: We searched the subject for micro-project from the syllabus copy, then
we find out the topic i.e. Management report of ONGC company
 Third week: We have suggest the micro-project title and the subject submitted to the
subject teacher.

Fourth week:- we collect the information for our micro – project and start to doing our
micro-project

Fifth week:- we are going on Google and search information on ONGC company and
also other websites.

Sixth week:- we knowing the function of industry

Seven week:- How about the management of ONGC by their worker in industry.

Eight week:- We are study the features of ONGC and his management parts.

Nine week:- we are collect all the information about the company

Ten week:- we study actual Management report of ONGC company

Eleven week:- we went to other industry to collect other information about the
industry.

Twelve week:- we study about the management of any company in our class by
subject teacher he tell detail about the industry.

Thirteen week:- we are completely understand the all information of ONGC company
to make the report.

Fourteen week:- we make the report of ONGC company.

Fifteen week:- we show the our report to our subject teacher about the Management
report of ONGC company.

Sixteen week:- we submitted the report of management on ONGC company to our

subject teacher.

Therefore, managerial skills are essential for enhancing their employability and career
growth. This course is therefore designed to provide the basic concepts in
management principles, safety aspects and industrial acts.
