A brief classroom session is ideal but this must not extend longer than 15

For example, if the task involved “Adjust chemical injection

Following completion of Task, the instructor must first advise the trainee on the
positive aspects of his performance and also highlight where the trainee can
improve.
The trainee must also be encouraged to Write what he learned in his diary.
He should include diagrams, drawings, vendor’s information etc. where possible.
For example, Task 12.3 does not ask for any drawings (+) as it is considered a skill
task, but it is excellent training both for the trainee’s job knowledge and his
English training when he puts details in his task diary on a daily basis.
