NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE

SOFTWARE BEFORE READING THIS DOCUMENT.

 INSTALLATION STEPS for Installing INSITE QST30 G-Drive

1. Type D:\gdrive\SETUP in the command line box, then choose OK or use choose “Install
1 INSITE QST30 G-Drive” from the auto play selection menu.
(If you use a drive other than D:, substitute the correct drive letter.)

2 Wait while the InstallShield Wizard prepares the

installation.

The percent bar displays the Wizard’s progress.

3 Choose Next to install INSITE QST30 G-Drive.

Or
Choose Cancel to exit Setup
This program is protected by copyright law and
international treaties.
Note: It is strongly recommended that all Windows
programs be closed before running this Setup
program.

Note: You can choose the Cancel button in any of

the Setup windows to exit Setup and abort the
installation.

5 Review the Known Issues information.

Choose Next to continue with the installation of

INSITE QST30 G-Drive.

6 Setup will install INSITE for QST30 G-Drive in the

folder listed in the view.

To install to a different folder, click Browse and

select another folder.

You can choose not to install INSITE for QST30 G-

Drive by clicking Cancel to exit the Setup.

7 Setup will add program icons to the selected

Program Folder.

A new Program Folder may be either created or

select one from the existing Folders list.

Click Next to continue.

8 Setup has enough information to begin the file-

transfer operation. If you want to review or change
any of the settings, click Back.

If you are satisfied with the settings, click Next to

begin coping files.

9 INSITE QST30 G-Drive Setup begins.

The percent bars display progress as files are

installed on your hard disk. When the installation is
completed the Setup will close.

To launch INSITE QST30 G-Drive select

Start|Programs|INSITE For QST30 G-Drive|INSITE
QST30 G-Drive

 Uninstalling INSITE for INSITE QST30 G-Drive

1 Open the Uninstall INSITE QST30 G-Drive icon in the

INSITE QST30 G-Drive folder/group.

You are asked to confirm that you want to remove the

application. Click Yes to continue, No to cancel the
uninstall.

2 This window displays the progress of the uninstall,

and is typical of most Windows uninstall routines.

You may be asked to confirm deletion of certain files

that may be used by other applications. If you are in
doubt whether it is safe to delete a file, do not delete
it.

When the OK button is active at the completion of the

file removal; click it to finish the uninstall.
