RESPONCIBILITIES:
PERMANENT ADDRESS :
 Operate SIMOPS control console to coordinate and

 Responsible for maintaining the Plant Operational Registers like override, LOTO, PTW, shif
change over, valve status registers, etc.
 Responsible for alarm management of DCS and ESD Systems.

 Maintain perform production operation activities in existing wells and facilities to high integrity
standards.

 Supervised oil operation in oil and gas production and water injection and the operation of
production and injection facilities on the well head platforms and maintain close liaison with
the Field Control Centre (FCC), notifying the center of field changes.

on safety and environmental issues

 Supervised production testing of oil and gas well-heads capability to meet production targets
and quantity and quality analysis using continues data monitoring from testing units.

CURRENT RESPONCIBILITIES:
 Taking regular round of unit to ensure safe oil operation of the plant.
 Clear and understandable communication with CCR.
 Logging of process parameters on hourly basis and reporting to field engineer and panel operator
about any abnormalities.
 Following proper housekeeping to ensure clean and safe work area
 First line maintenance like Glycol particulate/ charcoal filter replacement, Purging of pressure, level
and flow transmitters and gland tightening of Glycol pumps, strainer cleaning of pumps etc.
 Monitor the pulse / vibration of different equipment in my section mainly the rotary machines.
 Familiar with the behavior, sound, temperature and vibration of rotating equipment in my area and
also perform correction by self-adjustment to prevent the interruption of system operation or call
for maintenance to save the equipment from damages.
 Sampling of various products for laboratory testing.
 Pig launching and receiving. Well head operation from field mounted panels, Methanol and CI
Injection
 Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures, work permit procedure.
 Start up, Shut down and Change over, handing & taking over of Compressors, pumps, steam
turbines, filters and exchangers.
 Preparation of area and equipment before issuance of work permits for Hot, cold, vessel/confined
space work)
 Operation of Hydraulic Turbines, Steam Turbine, engine & motor driven Multistage Centrifugal
Pumps and reciprocating compressors
 Adjustment of process parameters through field mounted Pneumatic Fisher controllers (at some
locations)
 Condensate and LPG loading in Bowsers. Oil level makeup in pumps and in day tanks of compressor.

 Prepared job packs for the area, which include the isolations list, safety pre job check list,
commissioning procedures, P & ID marking, punch listing, Blowing, Nitrogen Purging, Pressure and
Leak Testing. etc.

 Handled (BF25) (I-BRID) infra-red gas detector for continuous gas monitoring, (MX6) methane
gas detector, escape set, parrot mask, SCBA-Self-contained breathing apparatus for handling
critical jobs ,live line to work long time in H2s.

participates in safety meetings, safety programs.

 Supervised SIMOPS activities and performed periodical test programs and monitor well
performance in low,high pressure onshore, offshore, sweet ,sour gas in oil & gas wells.

 Having exposure to complex and hazardous H2S and CO2 process operations.
