 The Procedure to get Gujarat Card
1. You may down load the application form from our website:
www.nri.gujarat.gov.in

2. A recent passport size Photograph.2 No.

3. Recent Certified copy of passport.

4. The fees for Gujarat card if Rs. 225/- (Rupees Two hundred Twenty five only) in the
case of citizen applying from the country. In the case Abroad, the citizen have follow as
per instruction number 07.

5. The applicants outside Gujarat (N.R.Gs.) Shall have to produce any one Photo Id proof
like:- (1) Passport, (2) Voters ID Card,(3)Driving License, (4) Aadhar Card.

6. All the information should be filled in CAPITAL LETTERS Only.
