- I have to be acknowledged for my good work (for me) should not be confused with not beong
confident
- His thoughts are usually written right all over his face
- OCD – (for me)
- cover up something when I expected him to come forward and tell me the exact situation, this
can be one of the liability , which didn’t allow me to plan out work force well

Weakness

Used to take up some extra time and effort (which might seem unnecessary) for that 1% …example I was
a developer and my only job initially was to develop the required code and pass it on to the testing

required as we had a separate team for that) which used to take up some extra unnecessary time

Why MBA

After working in the corporate IT company, I have definitely gained understanding of the technical skills but lack business
skills

I am sure a 2 year PGP program from a college like IIMB, would give me enough exposure and skill set which would chisel
and shape minds, and also make me understand the rigorous practices that we need to go through being a manager

Also, I always perform a lot better when mentored and guided

Better career prospects and financial stability

Sabarimala

More of a political issue , according to economic times,

the state party president sreedharan pillai (BJP) said that the party sees the protest against the verdict as a golden
opportunity to grow in the state – let to a 6 day yatra from kasargod to pathanamthitta ( which is 60 kms from sabarimala)

CPM – the ruling left democratic front has stood firm in it’s decision to implement the SC verdict.

Kerala congress party – also held various rallies

shows leadership and persuasive skills

How well do you know the applicant and in what capacity?

I have known Prasoon for 3 years now when I was introduced to him in the project meeting in
Accenture. He joined the project as an Application Development Associate and continued to work for
me for the next 3 years. I immediately became fond of his hard work and the desire to learn.

I, being the manager of the project in Accenture, closely interacted with him especially in the initial days
in the firm. From the onset it was obvious that he is a self-motivated individual with versatile skills. His
strong leadership, ownership, communication, teaming, and delivery skills were evident in project from
the first year. He clearly stood out among his peers.

He also shows immense maturity. He is a consistent performer and has been meeting expectations at his
level. The client had appreciated him for his ability to quickly solve technical issues and hence he was
promoted to Applications Development Analyst in his second year. He was also a part of CSR Accenture
and GPTW team, for which he gave equal importance.

I am excited to see Prasoon pursue a management program. I still remember his initial days at Accenture
when he clearly mentioned to me his goals to pursue a Management Degree after having sufficient
working knowledge and exposure. I am absolutely confident that Prasoon is an ideal candidate for a
management program and will be an asset to the program. He will not only assimilate knowledge but
also will make valuable contributions in your University. I very strongly recommend his for admission
into your prestigious and leading institute.

How well do you know the applicant and in what capacity?

I have known Mr. Prasoon Sudhakaran from the year 2011 in my capacity as a Professor of Madras
Institute of Technology. During my association with his class for 3 years, I found him to be a determined
and sincere student. He possesses the right blend of merit and tenacity essential for a student.

During his classes, Prasoon was methodical in his approach to problems with various probable solutions.
He possesses great analytical skills and is adept at thinking out of the box. During class sessions, he was
one of the most attentive students. His vivid imagination, listening skills and strong understanding of the
fundamental concepts let’s her study the subjects with profundity.

He has always obtained good grades and has excellent attendance even though he was participating in
various extracurricular and co-curricular events. I was the mentor of the literary club of MIT, the TBO. He
was one of the Core members of the team as well. His help proved beneficial in organizing various
workshops and events. He also took part in fests and technical seminars equally.

His interest and enthusiasm for learning will bring out the best in him. I am confident that he will
continue the good performance during the graduate studies in your university. I am certain that with his
motivation and dedication, Prasoon will climb more heights academically.

What do you consider his greatest asset?

I consider his ability to multitask as one of the greatest ability that he possesses. He was a very good
student who had maintained his attendance and score well above par which I consider an achievement
in itself. He never got any arrears or attendance shortage during his 4 years or engineering. At the same
time, he was a core member of the MIT Literary club and also the captain of MIT cricket team.

He has handled the academics as well as the extracurricular and co-curricular activities in a very good
rhythm. He used to participate in all the technical as well as cultural fests and also used to be present in
organizing various events in MITafest, the college cultural fest.

Weakness or liabilities

One of the weaknesses I feel he possessed when he joined college was that he used to insist for plans
and didn’t have a “take it as it comes” attitude, which was required in few places in college. In events
related to literary club, he used to pre plan almost everything from small stuffs and if anything didn’t go
as planned, he used to find it difficult to leave it at that.

EQ is centered on abilities such as:

 Identifying emotions
 Evaluating how others feel
 Controlling one's own emotions
 Perceiving how others feel
 Using emotions to facilitate social communication
 Relating to others

Fascinated by how managers add value to the customer and business, how they bridge the gap
between the technical resources and the business and also various problems solving ability of
managers

As you know,I am prasoon sudhakaran. I was born in Kerala, brought up in Delhi. I was always interested
in cars and coding, and that lead me to pursue automobile engineering from Madras institute of
technology Chennai. This interest in automobiles and technology let me to take part in various events
such as efficycle – an efficient ergonomically designed electric tricycle building competition 2013 and we
had acquired 8th position out of 209 teams. I also took part in various ethical hacking competitions.

I have also been practicing cricket from my childhood, I have represented Delhi in under 17 cricket and
also was the captain of MIT cricket team and we have won various championships.
