Precondition :-

Description of courses
The focus of family nursing courses is a discussion of the concept of family, family health, the
concept of a prosperous family, family nursing care at each stage of family development which
includes newly married couples, birth-waiting families, families with toddlers, families with
school children, families with adolescents, adult families and family problems related to health
problems that are prevalent in Indonesia. Learning activities include lectures, discussions and
case discussions.

Learning outcomes
After following the learning activities in the family nursing course students have the ability:
a) Explain nursing concepts and related concepts and their application to family nursing care
b) Complete the case data using the appropriate family assessment format
c) Grouping adaptive and maladaptive data that support to form nursing problems using the
data analysis format
d) Establish a diagnosis according to the data
e) Formulate and prioritize diagnoses of family nursing using the appropriate priority issue
format
f) Arrange the goal of the act of compliance to resolve the problem in accordance with the
family nursing diagnosis
g) Prepare a plan of nursing action that is in accordance with these objectives using the
appropriate format
h) Modify family nursing action plans
i) Linking the impact of the issue to the development of family nursing
