Introduction:

This document is intended to gather a clear understanding of what I have come to understand since
becoming an adult. It is also intended to establish a clear understanding of my rights, protection of my rights,
through a legal and lawful document. I have no intention to break any law or anything else which could cause any
attempt to use force against me, my body, my family, or anyone/anything else I know of. I am a peaceful being,
and I wish to live in peace.

With this document, I wish to establish that I am a soul being creature of God. Upon becoming an adult, I
understand that I have my own right to free will so long as I do not violate the law. Since I wish to peacefully
exist, I understand that if I follow the law of God, as written in the King James Holy Bible, that I am protected by
God.
 I understand that Canada has been founded upon the principles that recognize the supremacy of God and
the rule of law. I understand that there is a law of God which is sworn by the Queen, through her coronation oath.
I understand that this means there is a hierarchy, and God is right up at the top. If God is right up at the top of the
hierarchy, then the law of God is supreme. I understand that the law of God as written in the King James Holy
Bible, is the highest law in the hierarchy. I understand that the law of God is not to be modified by anyone. “What
thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.” (Deuteronomy 12:32).

If this is all true, then I wish to follow the law of God. I am now stating that I will follow the law of God to the
best of my ability so that I can live a peaceful existence. This document should make clear what my rights are, how they
are protected, and who will uphold them.

1) Definitions
I claim the right to also change definition of a word, or body of words, at any time I feel the need to do so upon my own
terms at my own will, therefore any words I define in this section, or which I use in my journeys through life, are subject to
the afore mentioned terms. Any definitions by others are voided by my own understanding of a definition through the
knowledge given to me by my God.
I claim the right to have all of my words, either in writing or vocal, to be under what ever definition I believe them to be.
Anyone trying to change the definition of a word to mean something other then what I believe it to be, is in violation of my
right, upon those words being used to mislead me into something that is against my will, against my rights, causes any harm
to me, or anything I believe not to be to my benefit.
1.1) Accident = see Act of God.
1.2) Act of God = Anything that happens withing my own free will to do so. Everything that happens in my life, I have the
only real control to say if something is an Act of God, something of my own free will intention to do so, or something
which of outside force.
1.3) Human / Human Being = A creature created by God given a soul from God, and has the right to free will.
1.4) Child / Kid = A human which has free will, but is limited by the parents until a point they see the human is of age
enough to no longer hold this title.
1.5) Person / Natural Person / Individual = 1. Under the law of man, this means an artificial entity which is subject to
the government and not a real soul, or body claimed by a soul. 2. A real live soul and body. Only I can choose, which
definition applies at any time I feel. This word I generally use as definition number 2, but when dealing with souls who
do not understand the different, I will use definition number 1, and possible switch back over to definition 2 at will.
1.6) Employee = When I am working as what I believe to be an “employee” for someone, it means that I am providing my
labor to them so that they can compensate me for the work I have provided them. If I am an employee to a company, I
am not it's slave. I have simply entered into a contract to provide that company with my labour in return for something. I
am not a plantation slave to them, or anything else like that. I have no intention of entering into a slave contract.
2) Establishment of Common Ground
2.1) General
Whereas I understand that any incorrect grammar or spelling does not invalidate this document, and,

Whereas Canada is a nation founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law, and,

Whereas the above sentence defines a hierarchy, with God at the top, and,

Whereas the number two position in that hierarchy is not claimed by anyone, and,

Whereas I understand that all creatures of God have the ability to gain freedom by obeying the law of God, believing in
God, and claiming their rights to do so which is supported by Part 1 Defence Of Property Sections 38-42 of the Canadian
Criminal Code (see Reference Material 13.1), and,

Whereas I understand that the Canadian Criminal Code is a law of Man, and not a law of God, but since God is so
perfect, he has graced me by showing me that his law will protect me against the law of Man through using my God
given right to use a claim of right to show Man that even the law of Man does not apply to those who follow the path of
God through both legal and lawful methods, and,

Whereas it is my understanding that judges holding office in Canada sign a Oath of office to be faithful and bear true
allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, her heirs and successors, and,
 Whereas it is my understanding that Queen Elizabeth II is the Monarch of Canada, and,

Whereas it is my understanding the Queen Elizabeth II is in part titled Defender of the Faith, and,

Whereas it is my understanding the oath taken at the coronation of the Monarch of Canada was sworn upon the Holy
Bible, and,

Whereas I understand that I have made this document of my own free will through the helpful guide of God and
therefore I have chosen to make the document in this format to make it as clear as possible, and,

Whereas I understand that if I do not assert my rights through this claim of right, I am subject to the legal maxim “He
who fails to assert his rights has none.” which means that I will have no rights, and,

Whereas I understand that by submitting this claim of rights, I am both legally and lawfully asserting my rights.

Whereas I understand that The foundational maxims of the underlying commercial law, from which all law and
commerce in the world today derive, are:
1.A workman is worthy of his hire.
2.All are equal under the law (moral and natural law).
3.In commerce truth is sovereign.
4.Truth is expressed in the form of an affidavit.
5.An unrebutted claim, charge, or affidavit stands as the truth in commerce.
6.An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce.
7.All matters must be expressed to be resolved.
8.He who leaves the field of battle first loses by default.
9.Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (one who has not been damaged by, given to, lost on account of, or put at risk by
another has no basis to make claims or charges against him/her).
10.A lien or claim can be satisfied only through rebuttal by counter affidavit point-for-point, resolution by jury, or
payment.

2.2) Fiction and Non-Fiction

Whereas I understand that Lord Blackstone, in his Commentaries of the late 1600's extended the great deception that all
free will men and women are one and the same as 'natural persons' by his definitions of 'natural' and 'artificial' persons, a
scam which had begun in earnest in England around about 1300 AD. Yes, a 'natural person' is an appellation applied to a
living man or woman, however, the status of that man or woman is that of a 'fiction' plantation slave status, and for
purposes of fraud. All 'persons' are 'legal fictions', and

Whereas I understand that artificial persons are ships, or make-believe ships - bodies corporate or politic.

Whereas I understand that, Yes, a 'natural person' is an appellation applied to a living Entity/Human Being , however, the
status of that Human Being is that of a 'person/fiction/imaginary/slave' status.
All 'persons/fictions/imaginary/slaves' are 'legal corporate things.
And for purposes of fraud no less.

Whereas I understand it is imposed upon me by a deceptive 'legal/imaginary/fictional/slave' identity created by the

Crown in right of my British Columbia.
All the 'persons/fictions/imaginary/slaves' are legal fictions/imagination.
I can recognize this 'legal/imaginary/fictional/slave 'identity by the fact that my 'family name' or 'surname' is the primary
name, and my given names, or the initials of those names, is for reference only.
This is the name I find on my birth certificate.

Whereas I understand that the Crown in right of the Province, then 'assumed/claimed' custody of that 'child of
slaves/chattel' under the Child Custody Act or similarly named act.
As any slaves/chattel/person owner claims the child of owned slaves/chattel/persons.

Whereas I understand that a 'natural person' is a slave status imposed upon a human body, thus supposedly making the
fiction a natural thing - but it is still a fiction - make-believe. It is imposed upon me by a deceptive 'legal identity' created
by the Crown in right of my birth Province. I can recognize this 'legal identity' by the fact that my 'family name' or
'surname' is the primary name, and my given names, or the initials of those names, is for reference only. This is the name
I find on my birth certificate. By using this name as my own name, I am entrapped into the legal make-believe world that
me and the legal identity are 'one and the same', and,
Whereas I understand that my parents gave their 'plantation slave' [birth certificate] names when completing the form for
my Provincial registry of live birth. The Crown in right of the Province, then 'assumed' custody of that 'child of slaves'
under the Child Custody Act as any slave owner claims the child of owned slaves. My parents became only 'foster
parents' to the child. The birth certificate is a 'chattel bond', or more correctly, a 'warehouse receipt', a trade name, and a
number ________________ imposed upon the 'registered' child slave - a physical immature human body, and,

Whereas I understand that my parents gave their 'plantation slave/chattel/birth certificate' names when completing the
form for my Provincial registry of live birth, and,

Whereas I understand that by using this name as my own name, I am entrapped into the legal make-believe world by I
disagreeumption that me the Human Being and the artificial/natural person are 'one and the same', and,

Whereas I understand upon that child reaching the age of majority, that claim by government ceases, as a new contract of
servitude must be made with the free will mind now recognized within that former child's body and brain. The 'captain,
[my mature free will mind], of my 'earthen vessel', [my physical body], comes on board with a claim of right and
assumes command. So, by deception and fraud, the contract of servitude, [slave contract], is then assumed to exist by
government by having me accept that I am 'one and the same' as the birth certificate name, and,

Whereas I understand that as my right upon that slave/person/chattel/child reaching the age of majority that claim by
government ceases, and,

Whereas I understand that a new contract of servitude must be made with the Free Will Mind/Human Being now
recognized within that former child/chattel/slave/person's body and brain, and,

Whereas I understand that as the 'captain/mature free will mind/best interest,of my 'ship/my spiritual/my physical' body,
comes on board with a Claim of Right and assumes command/spiritual physical control of the Human Being, and,

Whereas I understand that by deception and fraud, the contract of servitude/slave/chattel/person contract, is then
assumed to exist by government by having me accept that I am 'one and the same' as the birth certificate name, and,

Whereas I understand a mature free will man, you are one 'without name and number'. No official public record shows
that I have 'accepted' any name, and I have no labels on my body. The name on the Statement of Birth is that of the
'child' I was before I was recognized by society as having a free will mind. The Birth Certificate name is that of a 'legal
identity', fiction name created and owned by the Province of my birth. Neither of these is my 'real name'. I ONLY have
'commonly known as' names for the remainder of my adult life. I do not have 'also known as' names. That refers to
alternate names for the legal identity name, and,

Whereas I understand the Birth certificate name, however spelled, or in whatever case letters, is a name which belongs to
the Crown and imposes a 'plantation slave name or status' upon me. The Statement of Birth name, however spelled, is the
name of a 'child held in custody as a future slave'. I also understand using either name 'as my own name' will get me into
trouble if I use it in any government related forms, correspondence or forum. After age of majority, whatever name I use
must indicate that it is only a 'commonly known as' and/or 'recognized as' name to which I will usually respond, and,

Whereas I understand the second way that the Crown reinforces its claim upon me is by a contract of servitude - a feudal
contract. This contract can be actual, as in joining the military; or, by assumption, where I obey a statute which only
applies to a legal identity-fiction/person, and especially when I acknowledge the birth certificate name in a court hearing,
and,

Whereas I understand the 'real' me(while a child) had 'given' names, and my 'family' name is for reference only. But, it
must also be kept in mind that there is no record of me having accepted those 'given names'. To anyone else, they are
only 'a commonly called names' or pseudonym nicknames, but,they are not my real names. I have 'no name or number'.
No adult human has a name. There is no proof that any registered names are my name(s), and,

Whereas I understand for me to give or say my name in a court proceeding constitutes 'hearsay', which is 'a fraud upon
the court'. A judge may choose to not complain about the fraud; however, I have eliminated my credibility in that court
proceeding, and the judge then may disregard any evidence I may present, and,

Whereas I understand there is no credible response I can give to the court, all can I say is that “I AM”, and,
Whereas I understand when asked to identify myself in court, I must first ask the judge: "Is hearsay evidence acceptable
in this court?" The judge's answer should be "NO". At which point my only acceptable answer is then : "My commonly
called name, a hearsay name to me, is "John-James", and I am supposedly of the family called "Doe". I am here to speak
for and as primary secured creditor of the debtor and fiction called JOHN JAMES DOE, which, to me, is also a hearsay
name.", and,

Whereas I understand the Crown created and owns the 'legal identity'. As such it is liable for all debts arising from any
statutory obligations imposed upon 'persons' - and all statutes are only applicable to 'persons' - legal fictions, men in
servitude to a corporate entity, and 'legal identities'. My answer is "You have invoiced the wrong party. Please send your
invoice to the person who created and is liable for the legal identity, JOHN JAMES DOE, which, I believe is the Crown
in right of British Columbia, and,

Whereas I understand since the government is a legal fiction, it, and any corporation (legal fiction) it creates, cannot
recognize me, the free will man, and so must deal with [make contract with] me through a legal fiction entity. And,
because the government [the Crown in right of Canada, or of a Province, ] created this fiction version of my given and
inherited name, it claims it as intellectual property, and bestows the status of plantation slave on any human being who
ignorantly accepts the name as being one and the same as himself, and,

Whereas I understand the Crown created the 'straw man' and claims ownership, the Crown is responsible for all debts
imposed by the Crown upon the 'straw man'. Because I am in possession of the all caps name 'straw man', which acts as
my agent in commerce, I use it as necessary to convert my labour and skills into what currently passes for Canadian
money or any form of script, bill, or anything else in value which is covered under my claim of right so that I can obtain
the necessities and conveniences of life, and,

Whereas I understand that because any laws, statutes, or any other form or rule or legislation according to the
constitution applies only to artificial entities which are acting as part of the government or corporation of Canada, and,

Whereas I understand a statute is defined as a legislative rule of society which has been given the force of law, and,

Whereas I understand that a society is defined as a number of people joined by mutual consent to deliberate, determine
and act for a common goal, and,

Whereas I understand that the only form of government recognized as lawful in Canada is a representative one, and,

Whereas I understand that representation requires mutual consent, and,

Whereas I understand that in the absence of mutual consent neither representation nor governance can exist, and,

Whereas I understand I have a right to revoke and/or deny consent to be represented and thus governed,and,

Whereas I understand that the people of Canada have the right to revoke or deny consent to be represented and thus
governed, and,

Whereas I understand that if anyone does revoke or deny consent they exist free of government control and statutory
restraints, and,

Whereas I understand that a freeman-on-the-land has lawfully revoked consent and does exist free of statutory
restrictions, obligations, and limitations, and,

Whereas it is my understanding that any action for which one can apply for and receive a license must itself be a
fundamentally lawful action, and,

Whereas I understand that I am a freeman-on-the-land who operates with full responsibility and not a child, I do not see
the need to ask permission to engage in lawful and peaceful activities, especially from those who claim limited liability,
and,

Whereas I understand that a by-law is defined as a rule of a corporation, and,

Whereas I understand that corporations are legal fictions and require contracts in order to claim authority or control over
other parties, and,
 Whereas I understand that legal fictions lack a soul and cannot exert any control over those who are thus blessed and
operate with respect to that knowledge as only a fool would allow soulless fictions to dictate ones actions, and,

Whereas I understand that peace officers have a duty to distinguish between statutes and law and those who attempt to
enforce statutes against a freeman-on-the-land are in fact breaking the law, and,

Whereas I understand that I have the power to refuse intercourse or interaction with peace officers who have not
observed me breach the peace, and,

Whereas I understand that permanent estoppel by acquiescence barring any peace officer or prosecutor from bringing
charges against a freeman-on-the-land under any Act is created if this claim is not responded to in the stated fashion and
time, and,

Whereas I understand that because those laws, statutes, or any other form or rule or legislation according to the
constitution only applies to the government, and government created entities, I am not subject to those unless I believe
that I am one and the same with my artificial created entity which I possess. Just because I possess something, does not
mean that I am that thing, and,

Whereas I understand that only those who unknowingly sign away their rights to be part of the corporation of Canada
become part of the society which is effected by all laws, statutes, and any other form or rule or legislation, and,

Whereas I understand that society by law, is an association or company of persons united by mutual consent, to
deliberate, determine, and act jointly for a common purpose, and if this is true, that I as a soul, must have given mutual
consent to become part of society. Upon doing so, I believe myself to be an artificial person. Since I understand that I am
not an artificial person, which is clearly shown in this document, I am not part of society, and,

Whereas I understand that the artificial entity JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings thereof can be part of the
society because it is an artificial entity, and,

Whereas I understand that by acting as agent for the artificial entity JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings
thereof, I can make decisions on behalf of the artificial entity which I believe best benefits my journey through life, and,

Whereas I understand that according to Lord Blackstone in his establishes that all 'persons' are 'legal fictions', and if
something is Fiction, that means that anything which is fictional is not based on fact, and,

Whereas I understand that if all “persons” are fiction, since I am real and not fiction, I cannot possibly be a person.

2.3) Law of God

Whereas I am desirous of living my life as a “Child of God”, and,

Whereas the only powers able to claim any authority over a “Child of God” is God, and,

Whereas neither the government, nor it's agents, nor it's representatives or employees are God, or above God, and,

Whereas by legally claiming the number two position in the above mentioned hierarchy, I occupying a position above all
governments and their agents and employees and representatives, and,

Whereas I understand that the laws of God are defended by the Queen since her coronation on the 2nd day in the month of
June in the year 1953, and,

Whereas I understand that the laws of God commanded by God, is not to be added or subtracted from, and,

Whereas I understand that Man was created by God in accordance with the King James Holy Bible which is defended by
the Queen, and,

Whereas I understand that I get my laws from the Kind James Holy Bible or from God not from some other document
which has been written by man which does not comply with the Holy Bible or the word of God, and,

Whereas I understand that the law of Man interferes with the law of God, and,

Whereas I understand that to follow the law of Man, is to abandon the law of God, and,
 Whereas I understand that to follow the law of God means I only answer to God, not Man, and,

Whereas I understand that by following that law of God, I can do no wrong to no man, unless I abandon the law of God
by going into slavery, and,

Whereas I understand that I since I will never consent to being a slave, and will always only be judged by God, I will for
ever remain under the law of God, and,

Whereas I understand that since I can only answer to God, I can therefore never go to any kind of so called “Court”
system which is part of the fiction man has set up which was, is, and always will only apply to the fictions which Man
has set up that fall under the law of Man, and,

Whereas I understand that all services provided directly or through agents, employees, proxies or other artificial entities
created by Man are freely available to any of creatures of God and not subject to any type of fee which is claimed upon
them, and,

Whereas I understand that God allows me to practice his law, and teach it to others under a house of God, and,

Whereas I understand that I can create or claim any building as a house of God to use as a place to teach the law of God
to help the Queen uphold the law of God, and,

Whereas I understand that I should not act in greed and use my rights for evil purposes, and,

Whereas I understand that I upon choosing the law of God, have a duty to ensure the protection of the Queen or other
member of the Monarchy who has pledged a coronation oath to uphold the law of God maintains to uphold it, and does
not violate any of my rights by acting as a sword of justice in the hand of God. God save the Queen!!!

Whereas I understand that I am free to consent or not consent as I see fit, and,

Whereas I understand that without my consent I cannot be lawfully governed, regulated, ordered or judged, and,

Whereas I understand that if anybody does attempt to enforce statutes or court orders against someone who has a lawful
excuse or claim of right, they are guilty of committing an unprovoked assault, and,

Whereas I understand that I do hereby unequivocally, clearly and specifically claim the right to disobey court orders and
disregard statutes, regulations, and orders emanating from those who are merely human beings playing roles, as they all
need my consent and I do hereby deny consent to be governed, regulated or ordered and,

Whereas I understand that with this claim of right I claim the right to exist freely and peacefully and with complete
disregard for the wishes and desires of those who seek or claim authority through either the courts or the government,
institutions to which I neither enjoy full access nor represents me or my best interests, and,

Whereas I understand that this course of action is completely lawful and intended to benefit My Self and my fellow man
and this Country I love, and,

Whereas I understand that I claim that anyone who interferes with my lawful activities after having been served notice of
this claim and who fails to properly dispute or make lawful counterclaim is breaking the law, cannot claim good faith or
colour of right and that such transgressions will be dealt with in a properly convened court de jure, and,

Whereas I understand that I claim all transactions of security interests require the consent of both parties and I do hereby
deny consent to any transaction of a security interest issuing under any Act for as herein stated as a freeman-on-the-land
I am not subject to any Act, and,

I claim that my good conscience guides me to be more peaceful, joyous, abundant, healthy, free, just and reasonable,
and,

2.4) Law of Man

 Whereas I understand that Corporations, “Persons” (or any for m of legal fiction) are creations of Man, therefore subject
to the law of Man, and,

Whereas I understand that living breathings creatures with a soul from God are not subject to the law of Man unless that
man consents to being a slave through a valid signed contract, and,

Whereas I understand to be a slave to any master is against the law of God, and,

Whereas I understand that all laws created by man are not created by of God or my free will and therefore have no force
over me, and,

Whereas I understand that upon this document becoming law, I maintain all the rights within this document, all the
understanding of the information in this document, and I can use any force necessary to maintain my rights, and,

Whereas I understand that the laws of man and all officers, agents, or court system which are part of the laws of man can
only apply to the artificial entities which man creates, and therefore I, the living creature of God, can not be subject to
the force by officers, agents, or court systems, or any accused obligations, and,

Whereas I understand that because the laws of man do not apply to me, I do not have to comply with any demands that
any man makes upon me, which I feel infringes upon my rights, and,

Whereas I understand that I have no obligation to appear at any court of man, and therefore never have to appear at any
court created by man, and,

Whereas it is my understanding all Government officers, agents and ministers have a duty to distinguish between
statutes, acts and law and those who attempt to enforce statutes/acts against anyone who revokes or denies consent to be
represented are in fact breaking the law.
Gross negligence is held equivalent to intentional wrong.
Gross negligence is equivalent to fraud.

3) Good faith notice of Agreement/Contract/Understanding/Intent

Whereas I understand that the Government of Canada and the Provincial Government of British Columbia are acting agents
for the Corporation of Canada and the Corporation of the Province of British Columbia, and,

Whereas I understand that the Bank of Canada is not a Government institution but a private corporation, and,

Whereas I understand that the Corporation of Canada is insolvent, and,

Whereas I understand that the Government of Canada due to its insolvency has pledged the human and natural assets within
the geographic area known as Canada to the Bank of Canada, and,

Whereas I understand that the above mentioned Governments needed to gain legal title to property in order to pledge these
assets to the Bank of Canada and through certain legislative processes as well as the registration of land process have
deceitfully gained unlawful yet legal title to these assets, and,

Whereas I understand men and women were granted unlimited credit in lieu of the Government confiscating the property and
assets within the geographic area known as Canada, and,

Whereas I understand the definition of money to be:

Whereas I understand that the Bank of Canada issued notes imprinted with the words “promissory notes” to evidence the debt
owed by the Corporation of Canada to the Bank of Canada, and,

Whereas I understand that these promissory notes were issued as interest bearing instruments, and,

Whereas I understand that the Currency Act legislated by the Government of Canada dictates the use of Bank of Canada
issued “legal tender” debt instruments, and,
Whereas I understand that these debt notes are now circulated as “legal tender”, and,

Whereas I understand that the legal tender in circulation is evidence of the debt owed by the Corporation of Canada to the
Bank of Canada, and,
Whereas I understand that the Corporation of Canada “pays” the interest due on the “legal tender” through the collection of
taxes from the citizens of Canada, and,

Whereas I understand that this legal tender is not money nor is it backed by either gold or silver, and,

Whereas I understand that the legal tender is backed by the energy and the commercial potential of the Canadian people, and,

Whereas I understand that through the practice of circulating these legal tender notes, no product or service is ever paid for,
as debt can never be discharged with a debt instrument, and,

Whereas I understand that by being compensated with these legal tender notes I have never actually been paid in money, for
my time, labour or talent, and,

Whereas I understand that by men and women continuing to circulate Bank of Canada issued legal tender that the
Corporation of Canada can never discharge any debt and will be perpetually in debt, and,

Whereas I understand that electronic funds by definition have no physical existence and therefore cannot be money, legal
tender nor debt instrument, and,

Whereas I understand that the electronic funds are therefore credit, and,

Whereas I understand that the value of Canadian legal tender in circulation in the year 2007 to be approximately $40 billion,

Whereas I understand that the Canadian gross Federal debt was approximately $626 billion in 2005 and is considerably
higher as of the date of this document, and,

Whereas I understand that all the legal tender in circulation represents only 6% of the gross Federal debt, and,

changed to JOHN JAMES SMITH, therefore that means I understand that throughout this document that when I am in
actuality referring to both JOHN JAMES DOE and JOHN JAMES SMITH, as I believe they are the same, joined together as
one upon mentioning either name and all derivative spelling thereof, and,

Whereas I understand that an all capitalized name indicates a legal and or commercial entity and can never be directly
associated with a living soul without the consent of that same living soul, and,

Whereas I understand that the Government has issued at least one security instrument into the open commercial market that is
backed by the assumption that the legal entity JOHN JAMES DOE will act as commercial entity throughout it’s existence,

Whereas I understand that the alpha-numeric number printed in red ink on the back of the birth certificate bearing the name
of the legal entity JOHN JAMES DOE is a tracking number for the above security instrument, and,

account associated with the name of the legal entity JOHN JAMES DOE, and,

Whereas I understand that as of the date on this document the Minister of Finance currently acts as fiduciary for the

well as anything else that falls outside of the law of God, for I am a minister of God, and I have been given the right and will

Whereas I claim among my rights that after age of majority, whatever name I choose to use must indicate that it is only a

Whereas I understand that for me to give or say my name in a court proceeding constitutes 'hearsay', which is 'a fraud upon
the court'. A judge may choose to not complain about the fraud; however, I have eliminated my credibility in that court
proceeding, and the judge then may/might disregard any evidence I may present.

Whereas I understand that the only credible name I can give to the court is 'I Am'.

Whereas I understand that if I give my family name as being part of my name, I have admitted that I, and the
'legal/fictional/imaginary/slave identity name are one and the same, and that I am responsible for any debts and statutory
obligations of the 'legal/fictional/imaginary/slave identity.

Whereas I understand that when asked to identify myself in court,I must first ask the judge:
"Is hearsay evidence acceptable in this court?"
The judge's answer should be "No".
Therefore my only acceptable/logical answer is then:
"My commonly called name, a hearsay name to me, is "John-James", and I am supposedly of the family called "Doe". I am
here to speak for and as secured creditor of the debtor and 'fiction/slave' called JOHN JAMES DOE, which, to me, is also a
hearsay name."

Whereas I understand that the Crown created and owns the 'legal/fictional/person identity/name.
As such it is liable for all debts arising from any statutory obligations imposed upon 'persons/slaves/chattel', and all statutes
are only applicable to 'persons/slaves/chattel' in servitude to a 'corporate/legal/imaginary/fictional/identity name'.

Whereas I claim among my rights that my answer is "You have invoiced the wrong party. Please send your invoice to the
person who created and is liable for the legal/fictional/imaginary/slave name/identity, JOHN JAMES DOE, which, I believe
is the Crown in right of Province.

Whereas I understand therefore, the only 'thing' required to file a 'return of income' is 'all persons resident in Canada' - found
in Section 2 (required to pay an income tax)
) and Section 150 of the Income Tax act of Canada (required to file a return of income-T1) .
"This doesn't this mean me?",
My Creator didn't create 'legal/fictional/slave/imaginary/persons', therefore it must not apply to me since I am not one of the
afore mentioned fictional entities. I am not a “person”, and I am not a “resident”. I am a real live creature of God with a soul

Thus, associated with my body/being status for the fraudulent purposes of extorting my labor or the fruits of my labor. There

Whereas I understand that in official records, or court transcripts, that 'person/fictional/imaginary' name/identity must be in
all cap letters.
The 'all caps' spelling designating the slave /chattel pledged as a debtor in bankruptcy.
Although, in the past, and occasionally now, appears as the 'nom de guerre' (war name) format, with one's family name first.

Whereas I understand that even if correspondence comes to me in proper noun format from a government agency, it is still in
reference only to the 'person/fictional/imaginary/straw man' name. Which judges attempt to associate with my physical body.

Whereas I understand that by my silence to their addressing me as 'Mister Doe' is usually sufficient for them to make the
association/assumption that my body is the 'legal/ fictional/imaginary/straw man' identity/name/thing they have on their court
papers.

Whereas I understand that in this so called bankrupt country of CANADA with non-backed script debt money/counterfeit
money, the present status of Canada and Canadian money since the 1930s.
A free will/sovereign Entity/Human Being cannot carry on commerce or deal in script money within this bankrupt
corporation.
Therefore, I need to deal in commerce through a person/straw man/fiction, which is the all caps name.

Whereas I understand that it is this 'straw man-person' who receives wages as corporate 'income/revenue'.
As a free will man, my wages are not taxable.

'a man's wages cannot be 'attached' = garnisheed'. This was/is called 'The Wages Attachment Abolition Act, 1870'.

Politician's oath swears loyalty to the Queen first and foremost.

Lawyer's oath swears loyalty to the crown and the society before the client.

Whereas I understand that what one does is to make a claim of right upon assets in one 'straw
man's/slaves/fictional/imaginary' name/identity and create a simple 'contract of agency' between myself, the free will
Entity/Human being and the straw man/person/slave/imagination the Crown has attached to my body.

Whereas I understand that since the government is a legal fiction/imagination, it, and any corporation/legal fiction it creates,
cannot recognize me, the free will man, and so must deal with/make contract with me through a legal fiction/imaginary
name/identity. And, because the government [the Crown in right of Canada or of a Province, ] created this
fiction/imaginary/slave version of my given and inherited name, it claims it as intellectual property, and bestows the status of
chattel/slave/fiction on any Human Being who ignorantly accepts the name/title/identity as being one and the same as
themselves.

Whereas I understand that If the Crown in right of a Province creates the legal fiction supposedly attached to a baby's body
by a false birth certificate name, and the creator owns its creation; and then the Crown in right of Canada attaches a number
_________________ to that legal fiction/slave identity/title, indicating that the Federal Crown is co-owner of that legal
fiction,
Would Section 125 of the BRITISH NORTH AMERICAN Act and the 1982 Confederation Act be applicable?
That section says: "No lands or PROPERTY belonging to Canada or any Province shall be liable to taxation."
The birth certificate, the name on the birth certificate, and the legal identity which that name represents are the PROPERTY
of the Crown.

file a return of income" (Section 150 of the Income Tax Act) Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) may use a proper spelling of
the straw man's name in their dunning correspondence.
However, for formal demands and for court summons, they must use the all caps spelling of the straw man/fictional name.
All caps just designates a fictional entity as a 'debtor'.

The straw man is the birth certificate name.
3) All money I get for the exchange of my labor/skills, interest on investments, bank interest, etc. is collected and banked by
my straw man/slave' as 'income'.
That is the business of my 'person in commerce' and 'trustee in trust', my 'straw man'.
Dealing with government for services such as but not only to things such as passports, health care, and pensions is all in the
name of the straw man/fiction/imagination/slave.
The straw man performs no work or service, and has no skills, mind or physical body to do anything else but legal agent.
As a 'ghost/fiction', the straw man has no expenses other than the money to be paid over to the principal, me,
Which would represent 'deductions', not expenses.

Whereas I understand that if I receive any assessment, invoice, fine or statement of account from Government or any
commercial entities created by the government:
These documents do not constitute bills.
If they do send me such a 'bill', I will write on the Bill the phrase "Accept For Value" and sign it with my cheque signing
signature, and send it to the billing party. The bill is settled!
This, according to Section 57(1) and Section 190 of the Bills Of Exchange Act Canada
Presumption of value

57. (1) Every party whose signature appears on a bill is, in the absence
of evidence to the contrary, deemed to have become a party
thereto for value.

Whereas I understand that, The Income Tax Act of Canada defines 'person', Of which I not as a 'legal representative' of a
'person/fiction'. I am NOT a 'legal representative' of my straw man'. I merely perform as a 'scribe/agent' for the straw man'.

Income Tax Act of Canada Section 248: "person", or any word or expression descriptive of a person, includes any
corporation, [clipped for brevity] or 'other legal representatives of such a person', [clipped for brevity]

Whereas I understand that the Government of Canada and the Provincial Governments of the Provinces are acting agents for
the Corporation of Canada and the Corporation of the Provinces of Canada.

Whereas I understand that any action for which one can apply for and receive a license for must itself be a fundamentally
lawful action, A privilege is not a claim of right but a private law and I am of no law. and,

Whereas I understand that my right to travel is fundamental and cannot be revoked or removed without my consent, and,

Whereas I understand that operating and traveling in a vehicle is a fundamental right that cannot be revoked or removed
without my consent, and,

Whereas I understand that while operating and traveling in a vehicle while engaging my fundamental right to travel, any
one/thing traveling with me in said vehicle are considered honored guests and protected under my rights, and,

Whereas I understand that only those persons who are engaged in commerce upon the highway, streets, roads and avenues
are required to have a license and obey the street signs, lines, rules and regulations, and,

Whereas I understand that a drivers license is the property of the Provincial Government/Queen, and,

Whereas I understand that the only way I can commit a crime in common law is to cause harm to ones life, liberty, or
property, and either that living creature of God with a soul, or another one who represents their family feels the need to take it
up with me. At which point, we will try and resolve the issue between us, and if that isn't working, seek a property
constructed de jure court.

3.1) Assumpsit
("he has undertaken," from Latin, assumere) is an action for the recovery of damages by reason of the breach or non-
performance of a simple contract, either express or implied, and whether made orally or in writing.

Assumpsit was the word always used in pleadings by the plaintiff to set forth the defendant's undertaking or promise,
hence the name of the action. Claims in actions of assumpsit were ordinarily divided into (a) common or indebitatus
assumpsit, brought usually on an implied promise, and (b) special assumpsit, founded on an express promise.

The Common Law Procedure Act 1852 abolished the common law forms of action in England and Wales.

Assumpsit as a form of action became obsolete after the passing of the Judicature Acts of 1873 and 1875.

Whereas I understand that the Crown/Canada reinforces its claim/assumpsit upon me is by a contract of servitude - a
feudal contract.
This contract can be actual, as in joining the military; or, by assumpsit- where I obey a statute which only applies to a
'legal/imaginary/fictional/persons' identity.
Especially when I acknowledge the birth certificate name in a court hearing.

Appearance: In practice. A coming into court as party to a suit, whether as plaintiff or defendant. The formal proceeding
by which a defendant submits himself to the jurisdiction of the court. Flint v. Comly, 97 Me. 251

Classification. An appearance may be either general or special; the former is a simple unqualified or unrestricted
submission to the jurisdiction of the court, the latter a submission to the jurisdiction for some specific purpose only, not
for all the purposes of the suit. National Furnace Co. v. Moline Mallebale Iron Work (cc.) 18 Fed 864." Black's Law

Whereas I understand that the 'real/slave/chattel' child had 'given' names, and my 'family' name is for reference only.
But, it must also be kept in mind that there is no record of me having accepted those 'given names'.
To anyone else, they are only 'a commonly called names' or pseudonym nicknames, But,they are not my real names.
I have 'no name or number'. No adult Human Being has a name. There is no proof that any registered names are my
name(s).

Whereas I understand that it was not until the middle ages that surnames were first introduced to distinguish between
people bearing the same personal name or Christian names.
With the growth in documentation necessitated by the expanding administrations of medieval rulers.
Who were eager to replenish their exchequers by improving their tax collection system, such surnames became essential.

The reasoning behind this was that the' pope of Rome' claimed ownership and authority over all mankind on planet
Earth.
3.2) Papal Bull
A Papal bull is a special kind of patent or charter issued by a pope. It is named after the seal (bulla) that was appended to
the end to authenticate it.
Papal bull of Pope Urban VIII, 1637, sealed with a leaden bulla.
Papal bulls were originally issued by the pope for many kinds of communication of a public nature, but after the fifteenth
century, only for the most formal or solemn of occasions.

Whereas I understand that in 1302, pope boniface VIII (c. Year of our lord Twelve Hundred and thirty five - thirteen
hundred and three) issued the papal bull Unum Sanctum ,wherein the Pope declares:
"Furthermore, we declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation that every human creature
be subject to the Roman Pontiff."
Other Papal Bulls of that time period proclaim that the pope has supreme and final authority in all matters, both civic and
spiritual.

I claim among my rights that not the pope, not anyone,not anything, can commandeer the fruits of an living
Entities/Human Being'laborur, that being a product of a(n) living Entities/HumaBeing slabornd.
As my Creator endowed me with a free will mind.

Whereas I understand that this was the pope who conspired with edward I, king of england to defraud and deprive the
English people of their Anglo-Saxon Common Law.

and mandatory and thus consent required in order for one party to lawfully govern another, born in Chilliwack the city in the
geographic region called British Columbia on or about the thirteenth day in the month of June in the year nineteen ninety
nine, to Sandra-Lynn and Vance, have the ability and power to establish rights by use of a Claim of Right.

I do hereby claim all rights claimed in this document and the following to be among my rights and only I have the ability to
upgrade them at any time or place I require them needing upgrading:

I claim that I, John-James: Doe am a Freeman-on-the-Land and “Child of God” am not a person or child of the Province or
any other fiction.

I claim that I, John-James of the Doe family have no contractual obligation to be the surety or guarantor for the debts of the

truth and maximum freedom.

I claim the right to be the only entity which has the right claim, or dictate my rights.

I claim the right to provide my labour for another being which I choose, so that I may continue to expand my knowledge and
provide services for others in exchange for some form of payment agreed upon by me and the person I am providing my
labour to. I wish to help all creatures where I can, using all of my skills that I have. I like to do labour, and will continue to do

I claim the right that artificial/natural persons are imaginary/fiction/make-believe ships/bodies corporate or politic,

5.1) General Rights and Freedoms

I claim the right to discharge any corporate or Government debt held against or in the name of JOHN JAMES DOE and

possesses of, or has title to anything physical, over to myself, John-James: Doe the Freeman-on-the-land, Child of God,
and secured creditor to the mentioned legal entity.

I claim the right to void all contracts held against me, or the artificial entity names JOHN JAMES DOE and all
derivative spellings thereof which I feel has been some sort of forced submission, submission by deception, or anything
else which I believe to be immoral. Supporting legal maxims “Every consent involves a submission; but a mere
submission does not necessarily involve consent.”, “A contract founded on a base and unlawful consideration, or against
good morals, is null.”

I claim the right to get any repairs, or modifications done to my body or any other property of mine which I feel is to my

agent for the artificial legal entity JOHN JAMES DOE or any derivative spellings thereof.
5.4) Finance
I claim the right to use the Minister of Finance in his private capacity to act as my fiduciary.

I claim the right to help lower the debt of the Corporation of Canada and by association the Canadian people
unknowingly employed by said corporation by discharging debt rather than circulating debt instruments.

I claim the right to inform any debt collector who is collecting for any alleged debt for JOHN JAMES DOE and all
derivative spellings thereof that they can contact the Finance Minister of Canada to settle the issue.

I claim the right to write script to any debt collector who is collecting for any alleged debt for JOHN JAMES DOE and
all derivative spellings thereof to resolve the claim.

I claim the right to send notice to any corporation, or other artificial entity created by Man directly or through their
agents, employees or proxies to discharge any alleged debt and keep services to JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative
spellings thereof until such point which I John-James: Doe a Freeman-on-the-land and “Child of God” acting as agent
for JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings thereof deem that the services are not longer of use to JOHN
JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings thereof.

I claim the right to inform through a notice of secure personal information to any kind of artificial or fictional entity
created by man claiming to be providing a form of credit through the Bank of Canada, the Corporation of Canada, or any
other fiction that the Corporation of Canada does business with, that they must settle any issues in regards to credit with
the Finance Minister of Canada to ensure that all issues are settled and that I maintain the highest level of points for any
kind of credit score held under the name of JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings thereof. If I have provided
unlimited credit, the legal fiction can never have bad credit. Upon receiving a notice of secure personal information, the
corporation, artificial government entity, or any other fiction created by man, must contact the Finance Minster of
Canada to settle any claims of bad credit, and ensure the credit score to be maximum which is attached to any
information I believe to be mine or owned by me.

I claim the right to inform any corporation, artificial entity, or other fiction of man through a notice of continuous
discharge to inform them that upon receiving the notice, that any alleged debt for JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative
spellings thereof at any time is to be discharged instantly so that the account always maintains a balance of zero. Any
issues regarding this can be handled by the Finance Minister of Canada.

I claim the right to deliver a script which I have created and signed with my signature therefore accepting for value what
ever the accepted value is attached to my authorized signature.

I claim the right to send a notice to the Finance minister of Canada a notice of discharge to inform that Finance Minister
of Canada to discharge any claimed debt against JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings thereof.
I claim the right to be paid for my years of labour which I have provided and continue to provide as credit to JOHN
JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings thereof in something of value, not something of fiction, or something not
backed by any real value. I will use my unlimited credit in the form of electronic transfer funds, my own script, and
unlimited credit towards on any credit cards, or other transaction methods used by the common public with the name
JOHN JAMES DOE or any derivative spelling thereof. As I understand that in this fictional corporation structure the
system of trade to receive goods held by another corporate entity uses a common standard which is backed by no value,
but can be used to acquire physical possessions into the possession of JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings
thereof which then forfeits all physical possessions used in the transfer over to myself, John-James: Doe and at which
time, the personal possession will be mine an no others. They will be protected by the living soul and God. In order to
give me access to some of my possessions unlimited credit in the form of electronic funds, I would like the Finance
Minister of Canada to send a notice to TD Canada Trust informing them to locate any bank account under the legal name
which I claim rights to and set up a line of unlimited or ten million dollars credit of electronic funds so that I can easily
obtain physical objects or services without the hassle of having to send notices or write script all the time. This line of
credit must have a zero percent interest rate. Since I claim right to the secured creditor, no one can give credit to JOHN
JAMES DOE or any derivative spelling thereof other then me, which I claim the right to do by sending a notice of credit
modification to any company/corporation/government entity which claims to offer credit. Upon receiving this notice,
they are to follow the terms of it by adjusting the credit information accordingly.

I claim the right to periodically send a notice of discharge to the TD Canada Trust to help lower some of Canada's Debt.

I claim the right to exchange anything I possess to any other for either free of charge, or for something of value. Since
the accept “legal tender” of the Bank of Canada is backed by no real value such as Gold or Silver, to trade off my
personal possessions for debt is immoral and I believe it is a form of fraud.

I claim the right to have any form of so called “credit card” in my possession under the legal name JOHN JAMES DOE
or any derivative spelling thereof to have unlimited credit attached to it from the point of this document coming into
force. Upon using this credit which has resulted from me being the secured creditor over the legal name JOHN JAMES
DOE or any derivative spelling thereof, I will periodically send the Finance Minister of Canada a discharge notice to
ensure to help lower the debt of the corporation of Canada. Since I provide unlimited credit, the legal entity must always
have perfect credit, therefore no cards can be canceled without my written permission.

I claim the right to create an account with any institution(corporation, bank, credit union, or other) which deals in credit,
electronic transfer funds, or debt notes within Canada under the name of JOHN JAMES DOE or any derivative spelling
thereof and set the credit limit for that account, and discharge any balance that may be on the account, or modify any
information attached to the account.

I claim the right to have no company/corporation/government or anything else close any account under the name JOHN
JAMES DOE or any derivative spelling thereof without a signed contract written by my on my terms and signed by me.
If any if the aforementioned parties try to cancel a credit card, a line of credit, debit card, or anything else used for
transactions to received items, they are in violation of my rights, and the Minister of Finance will be responsible to
ensure they re-activate the account, and comply with my legal and lawful rights.

I claim the right to use this unlimited credit in any moral way I see fit. This unlimited credit created by me, a creature of
God, I claim the right to use it for what I believe to be the benefit of myself, my family, and any fellow creatures of God.
I do not believe it is moral to use this money to go become the next real estate tycoon, or become like Bill Gates or
someone like that. I refuse to become a greedy being. God's path will show me the light.

I claim the right to upon entering any bank which deals with the Bank of Canada (Such as but not limited to TD Canada
Trust, RBC) and request a Mortgage or Loan under my own terms for the legal entity JOHN JAMES DOE or any
derivative spellings thereof, approve and authorize it myself (Since I am the secured creditor), at which point the bank
will create the funds in my account, and discharge the mortgage. I will provide a service fee of one hundred dollars in
Canadian legal tender, or electronic transfer funds for every hour which the Bank. That will be the extent of my
 transaction dealing with the mortgage. Unless the Bank can prove that they have it was in fact a personal loss on their
part, there is no reason to pay them. Any disputes regarding the payment can be redirected to the Finance Minister of
Canada. Usury is against the law of God, and as I have made clear in this document, it comes from my unlimited line of
credit from my right to secured creditor. At this point, I claim the right to draw up my own allodial title, and maintain
personal ownership of that land. Any benefits I wish for on that land, I will pay for according to an agreement which I
agree to under my own free will. I do this under good faith to provide for my family, I will not go around under what I

form of credit cards, line of credit, mortgages, loans, or any other system that is based on credit. Since I provide
unlimited credit, and I am a secured creditor, I am the only authorized party to approve or deny any form of credit being
obtained through the legal entity herein mentioned.

I clam the right to discharge or set-off any part of the credit which I provide to the legal entity JOHN JAMES DOE or
any derivative spelling thereof under my own terms at any time. I can do this by sending a notice to the company which
contains a record of my line of credit. Upon doing so, they are obligated to follow the notice instructions so long as they
do not violate my rights, or the law of God because both are protected under both legal and lawful power.

I claim the right that an all Capitalized name indicates a legal/ commercial thing and can never be directly associated
with a Living Soul/Human Being without the consent of that same Living Soul/Human Being, which can never happen,
because I have no intention on consenting to slavery.

I claim the right that I, John-James of the Doe family have no contractual obligation to be the surety or guarantor for the
debts of the legal identity/person, JOHN JAMES DOE or any derivative spellings thereof.

I claim the right to help lower the debt of the Corporation of Canada and by association the Canadian people
unknowingly employed by said corporation by discharging/set off debt rather than circulating debt instruments.

I claim the right to not pay taxes as they are fraudulent and unlawful and,completely amoral.
To have my places of purchasing forcing me to pay a Federal Tax.
So I require my Federal Taxes and Provincial Taxes returned and retroactive for the years of theft.
As I did not consent to this.
So lies gave me an Unlawful tax which makes it against the Law, therefore null and void.

I claim the right to discharge/set off things which are imposed upon me or the legal entity JOHN JAMES DOE and any
derivative spellings thereof, by the state or any other body politic as a condition or obligation. Court orders, tax
liabilities, student loans, mortgages, health care, and any other offered benefits. Specifically anything which is
mentioned as a human right in a covenant to which Canada is a signatory should be payable with this means.

I claim the right to use my the line of unlimited credit given to the legal entity JOHN JAMES DOE and any derivative
spellings thereof to take into my possession anything which I believe is required to build a Church of God which I can
use for the teaching of the Word and Law of God.

5.5) Traveling
I claim the right to travel as a traveler under the grace of God not a driver or other artificial entity and do not require
insurance for my property because I am protected by God, and if I ever get into what I believe to be an act of God, and I
only subject to God. If I feel that I am guilty of something because of my intentional actions towards another (not
artificial entities created by man, but living creatures created by God), I will deal directly with who ever I believe
deserves compensation. I will only deal with living creatures created by God under therms I believe to be fair.

I claim the right to defend all creatures of God which travel with me from any of what I believe to be injustices to the
law of God. All who are with me travel as guests under the same protection of God which I am under.

I have the right to travel anywhere on this planet under the protection of law of God and no other law, because the law of
God is defended by the Queen who has divine power from God. That divine power has been given to the Queen and
monarchy, and can never be removed from divinity.

I claim the right to redirect any creature of God, or artificial entity of man to deal contact to Queen if I am accused of
 something that does not fall within the law of God. I follow the law of God, therefore I am only subject to the law of
God, which the Queen has taken an oath to defend. I love the Queen for this, and I in turn, will provide protection to the
Queen where I see fit under the law of God and my claim of right.

I claim the right to travel in my personal property anywhere I choose to under the protection of God and myself. I do not
require insurance, for that is against the law of God, and God will protect my personal property. I will bless my personal
property that I use for travel so that is will be under the protection of God.

I claim the right to travel to any destination of my choosing in my personal property under my own terms so long
without being bothered by some government officer/agent or any other government controlled party.

I claim the right to maintain under my possession all of my personal property. Any property on my rightfully claimed
land, in possession of myself at any time, or in my personal property is to remain mine, and can never be taken by
another, for it is rightfully mine.

I claim the right to travel anywhere I wish to under my own terms without disruption from governing bodies that may try
and claim authority over me, but do not have authority, for this document upon becoming enforced, proves that only I am
the authority figure of my rights.

I claim the right to travel in my personal property anywhere under my own terms under the protection of God. Since I
understand that all the signs, signals, lines, lights, etc on the road networks are all for entities operating under commerce.
Since I do not operate under commerce as a real live creature of God, I am not subject to the aforementioned things. I
will travel as I see fit considering the conditions, things in my way, and what I consider to be safe. All of the afore
mentioned items on the road networks I will consider as very light suggestions which have no force what so ever.

5.6) My Information
I claim the right to be the maker of my identification card to be known as a Personal Information Card to ensure I do not
get deceived into a microchip id card or stamped by any kind of number which I believe represents a mark of the beast.

I claim the right to keep my Personal Information Card private and require a contract of my choosing to be agreed upon
in writing signed with my signature by hand with words of my choosing.

I claim the right to upon request of any form of Government of Canada or Provincial Government of British Columbia
approved/issued Identification (ID), to can inform whom ever is requesting that I have a Personal Information Card that
they can have access to upon agreeing to my contractual requirements in compliance with both the law of God and the
law of Man..

I claim the right to upon being requested for any information I consider personal refuse the offer to provide them with
information.

I claim the right to all information about me the living soul, John-James: Doe a Freeman-on-the-land, Child of God, and
secured creditor for the artificial entity name JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings thereof.

I claim that no one can hold onto information about me without me the living soul, John-James: Doe a Freeman-on-the-
land, child of God, and secured creditor for the artificial entity names JOHN JAMES DOE and all derivative spellings
thereof or any of my possessions (artificial or actual) unless I give permission in the form of my own contract. All
information about myself or my possessions are hereby possessions of mine as well. Therefore if some entity (artificial
or actual) has information which I claimed by this right, I have the right to update/change, or remove any of that
information I feel the need to through a notice.
 I claim the right to have any information written about myself, or my possessions (artificial or actual) removed or
changed to anything that I request it be changed to. This must be done instantly upon sending a notice of my claim and
demands.

I claim the right to upon this document become enforceable, claim right to ALL information about myself, any of my
property, and of my family members or families personal properties claimed under my authority and protection under my
rights.
5.7) Defence of Rights
I claim the right to to enforce the protection of anything that I believe to be personal property through the grace of God. I
am a peaceful creature, but I have the ability to claim the right to defend that which I believe to be mine.

I claim the right in compliance with the Canadian Criminal Code PART I: DEFENCE OF PROPERTY to defend
anything which I believe to be my personal property and anything which under my claim of right, this includes against
any peace officers, government principals, agents or justice system participants as they do not have the authority of God,
they fall under the authority of Man, which I am not subject to.

I claim the right to defend any personal property (stationary or in motion) that I may be in, all living souls with me, and
all of their property that is within my personal property.

I claim the right to have among my possessions some for my personal protection instrument which I can use to defend
myself of any of my claims, this protections instrument is to be used as a last resort to protect myself against any
injustice against the law of God being forced upon me in a physical manor. I am a peaceful creature of God following the
law of God, so if anything or any creature of God tries to use force against my will, I have a right to defend myself in any
manor I see fit, with my personal protection instrument, any personal property, or anything which I use to defend my
rights.

I claim the right to first inform anyone who tries to use force against me, that they are violating not only my rights, but
the law of God and the law of Man and that I am authorized in full capacity of all law's to defend rights and that law with
what ever force I feel necessary.

I claim the right to defence and the control over what or who I want to defend me and my rights. So if some agent,
officer, employee, or other government entity tries to claim they are defending my rights, they can not do so under
without my permission from my in the way of my signature on a contract of my choosing.

I claim the right to upon informing any natural or artificial entity that I have the full lawful consent to all my rights
defend them will all the force I feel necessary. I am a creature of peace, so I will do what ever I can to avoid having to
use force, but I with this claim, I have the right to use force of any kind where I feel necessary.

I claim the right to assert any of my rights through either writing or voice communications with any other creature of
God, or artificial entity created by man.

I claim the right to maintain disciplinary action against all offenders of my rights or create my own document authorized
by my signature handing this right over to another of my choosing under the document rule, regulations, and obligations.

I claim the right to contact the Minister of Justice upon any violation of my rights, and require the Minister of Justice to
enforce this document with any force I feel is needed to ensure my rights are protected. Upon contacting the Minister of
Justice, or the soul which is acting as the Minister of Justice, they will be responsible for ensuring that my rights are
upheld by all of entities under the Minister of Justice jurisdictions to the full extent of this document.

I claim the right to use the Minister of Justice as defender of my rights that I have claimed anywhere at any time, so long
as the issue calls within his domain.

I claim the right to restrain any violator of my rights and deliver them to their authority figures to have them punished for
any violations of the law of this contract.

I claim the right to buy, have in my possession, and use any tool which I believe to be something that can be used to
defend my rights. My personal possession which are used for defence are not weapons, or any other terminology which
means it has the intent to harm of kill another. My personal defence possessions are for defence, not for offence. I will
protect what is right, what is just, and what is in my rights and comply with the law of God.
 I claim the right to have no military, intelligence service, or any other government agency bother me, obtain information
about me, take something of mine, use force against me, use any kind of pain compliance, deception, intimidation, or
anything else not to my benefit. I am not an enemy of Canada, and I am no threat. I am a defender. If the land of Canada
is ever invaded, where I see fit, and have the ability to, I will provide all that I can under my own terms. My talents,
energy, body, and possession will be under my command under the grace of God, and I will protect those who I am with,
and do what I deem necessary to defend my rights.

I claim the right to uphold the peace under the grace of God, and restrain any violators of the peace, defending myself if
necessary to what ever extend I feel necessary to uphold the peace and then deliver the violators to their authority figures
for proper punishment. I do this under the mission of peace, therefore I can not be held accountable for anything injuries
or damages which occur in the mission to uphold the peace, so long as innocent people are injured as a result, and
damage is kept to as minimal as possible. Damages may be compensated from the line of unlimited credit by means of
contacting the Minister of Finance to settle the issue. I will discharge the amount once I have been informed of it through
a notice of discharge to the minister of finance.

I claim the right to defend my rights against an officer of the law of man who is violating my rights. Since I am a
peaceful man, I will do it as peacefully as I can, if I have the ability to have the officer without issue, there should never
be a problem. But if an officer tries to overstep his bounds, I can either arrest the officer in as peaceful means possible, or
go with the officer under protest, but remaining free to travel in my own personal property, once arriving at the police
station, I will press charges, as a free man. To hold me against me will is a violation of my rights. It is also kidnapping
and therefore against the law of man, and all parties doing so are held liable.

I claim the right to convene a proper court de jure in order to address any potentially criminal actions of any peace
officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants who having been served notice of this claim fail
to dispute or discuss or make lawful counterclaim and then interfere by act or omission with the lawful exercise of
properly claimed and established rights and freedoms.

I claim the right to have the power to refuse intercourse or interaction with peace officers who have not observed me
breach the peace.

I claim the right to convene a proper court de jure in order to address any potentially criminal actions of any peace
officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants who having been served notice of this claim fail
to dispute or discuss or make lawful counterclaim and then interfere by act or omission with the lawful exercise of
properly claimed and established rights and freedoms.

I claim the right to claim my Fee Schedule for any transgressions by peace officers, government principals, agents or
justice system participants.

I claim the right to upon a contract becoming not to my benefit by a term which was not understood under good faith and
free will, will be null and void for that is a violation of my rights.
5.8) Land/Property
I claim the right to claim any vacant land as my own personal property to comply with God's law and do good to myself,
my family and others through the use of the claimed land. Therefore I can stand upon any land which does not have
allodial status upon it, is not in possession of another, and has not been in use for longer then one year, thereby taking
possession of it, and having a claim of right, which gives me a complete title. Legal Maxim “When a man has the
possession as well as the right of property, he is said to have jus duplicaturn – a double right, forming a complete title.”

I claim the right to issue an allodial title to any land which I possess and have title to through my claim of right voiding
all other titles through the grace of God, because God owns all the land, and I am a “Child of God”, therefore all land
that I have taken possession of which is vacant is rightfully mine. Completing this will give my three verifiable
documents which give me official allodial status on any land I possess under the terms in this claim of right under both
the law of God, and the law of Man. Leviticus 25:23, “The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are
strangers and sojourners with me.” Leviticus 25:34, “But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is
perpetual possession.” Psalms 24:1, “The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell
therein. Corinthians 10:26,28 “For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.”

I claim the right to claim all property in my possession as personal property so that I maintain full title, ownership, and
possession of all my personal property through a claim of right and possession. Legal Maxim “When a man has the
possession as well as the right of property, he is said to have jus duplicaturn – a double right, forming a complete title.”

I claim the right to upon having jus duplicaturn to void all previous titles which are not allodial status. Upon voiding all
other titles, I have the right to create my own allodial title to ensure the maximum protection against my possession and
 rights.

I claim the right to take possession of anything which is not in possession of another living soul and has no claim by that
living soul on that thing that can be shown with good faith.

I claim the right to protect my personal land under my possession under any status with what ever I believe to be
necessary. Anyone coming onto my property which tries to violate my rights is liable for anything that happens to them,
or anything they do. If they are injured by their resulting actions against my property, and my protection of my property,
I am not liable for the legal and lawful defence of my property. The one who violated my rights is liable for all their
actions resulting in what ever actions they do, and the resulting consequences.

I claim the right to bless all land which I take possession of, or any land which one requests me to bless. Upon blessing
the land, it is from that point forward to be considered holy land under the protection of God.
5.9) Security Interests
I claim that anyone who interferes with my lawful activities after having been served notice of this claim and who fails to
properly dispute or make lawful counterclaim is breaking the law, cannot claim good faith or colour of right and that
such transgressions will be dealt with in a properly convened court de jure.

I claim the right to convene a proper court de jure in order to address any potentially criminal actions of any peace
officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants who having been served notice of this claim fail
to dispute or discuss or make lawful counterclaim and then interfere by act or omission with the lawful exercise of
properly claimed and established rights and freedoms.

I claim that the courts in British Columbia are de-facto and bound by the Law and Equity Act and are in fact in the
profitable business of conducting, witnessing and facilitating the transactions of security interests and I further claim
they require the consent of both parties prior to providing any such services.

I claim all transactions of security interests require the consent of both parties and I do hereby deny consent to any
transaction of a security interest issuing under any Act for as herein stated as a Freeman-on-the-Land and “Child of God”
I am not subject to any Act.

I claim the right to remain not guilty until the point I comply with the maxim of law “Actus non facit reum nisi mens sit
rea”/”An act does not make a person guilty unless the mind is guilty; an act does not make the doer criminal unless his
mind is criminal”. If I ever feel guilty of something, I will create a document addressed to the private living creature of
God with an agreement to that I will provide them with. This agreement binds only to the real live living creature of
God, and is not subject to any outside force from an artificial entity, either through direct or indirect influence.

I claim the right to follow all of my claims with legal and lawful authority, backed by both the law of God and the law of
Man upon agreement to this document.

I claim the right to also inform any parties obligated by this document that they must comply with it or they will be in
violation of the law.

I claim the rights that all transactions of security interests require the consent of both parties and I do hereby deny
consent to any transaction of a security interest issuing under any Act/Statute or any other form of legislature for as
herein stated as a Freeman-on-the-land, Child of God, and secured creditor, I am not subject to any of them.
5.10) Knowledge
I claim the right to go to any place which provides information/knowledge/education to others under my own terms.

I claim the right to be provided with information/knowledge/education in regards to anything which I believe to be vital
for me to know. Once I have this information/knowledge/education, I have the right to provide it back to anyone who I
believe has the right to it under m y own terms.

I claim the right to have myself, or any of my family under my authority to attend any kind of education class to
participate and further their education under terms defined by me.

I claim the right to have the Minister of Finance settle any issues regarding funding required for classes which fall under
my rights. Since education centers accept a type of currency which is represents debt, I can not on good conscious give
them it, for that is what I believe to be fraud.
5.11) Family
I claim the right of authority figure over my family. I will be the only being to dictate suitable punishment for
 wrongdoings, and I will be the authority figure which represents my any members of my family, to ensure their
punishment is fair, and fits any crime that violates another beings rights.

I claim the right to maintain and enforce all the rights of my family.

I claim the right to ensure that all of my family members rights are not violated.

I claim the right to hold any of my family under my claim of right at any point they request me to do so under verbal or
written permission at any time or place. Upon doing so, my family member is to be considered under my authority and
claim of right. Therefore any claimed issue with that family member is required to deal with me, and me alone. Any
other action will result in a violation of this contract.

I claim the right to use my rights to do what ever I can to do what I believe benefits my family.
5.12) Health
I claim the right to live in good health, with access to services to provide me with good health through the legal entity
JOHN JAMES DOE or any derivative spelling thereof. I take care of myself very well, so this rarely will be needed.

I claim the right to have complete access to any food or water because it is a necessity of life.

I claim the right to have access to food which is not genetically modified.

I claim the right to grow and harvest plants, tree, or any other creations of God under my own terms to what I believe is
the benefit to my health.

5.13) Publication of official Gazette

The Queen's Printer, under the direction of the minister, and subject to the regulations, is to continue to print and publish
the official Gazette of British Columbia, known as The British Columbia Gazette, for the publication of proclamations,
official and other notices and of all matters as may be required.

Whereas I understand that a notice to principle is notice to agent, and notice to agent is notice to principle, and that
service upon one is service upon both.

Whereas I claim among my rights to the use of the Gazette of my province and The Canada Gazette as well to publish
my notices, claims,and affidavits in order to address all government official at the same time.
"The government is to be subject to the law, for the law makes government."
5.14) Church Rights
I claim the right to own my own Church of God and teach the Word and Law of God.

I claim the right to pronounce the land which my Church is on, as holy land, which means it is a protected land of God,
and a sanctuary and safe haven for all those who need protection from anything or anyone.

I claim the right to act as an authority figure for those members of my Church who request the protect of my Church. For
those who request protection of my Church which I am the authority figure for, I have the right to act as a peaceful third
party between the one who requests protection, and the one who is after them. I will negotiate a peaceful contract
between the two parties to ensure that the issue is resolved peacefully in a protected house of God which is on holy land.

I claim the right to keep my Church from becoming incorporated and obey the Law of God, instead of subjecting my
Church to the becoming a corporation and then being required to violate the Law of God and become obligated to follow
the Law of man. My Church will never do this, for it is a violation of the Law of God to do so.

I claim the right to teach the King James Holy Bible in my church, which is seen by the Head of State of Canada, Her
Majesty The Queen, to be the protected Word of God, and written by the Constitution Act of 1982 in the preamble of the
Charter of Rights and Freedoms stating that “Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy
of God”. By following the King James Holy Bible, I am following the law of God, which is defended by Her Majesty
The Queen.

I claim the right to have any violation of the Law of God which occurs against my Church of God will be defended by
 Her Majesty The Queen because she has taken an oath to do that. If she fails to do this, that would mean that Her
Majesty The Queen has committed fraud to her Oath. Since Her Majesty The Queen is Honorable and Divine this will
never occur, which is why I claim the right to defend The Queen against those who attempt to violate the Law of God
against Her Majesty.
6) Claim of love, peacefulness, happiness, and helpfulness towards all
I claim the right to love all of creatures created by God and will treat all others with the same respect, that I believe they
deserve through the grace of God.

I claim the right to treat all other creatures of God which show me that they follow the laws of God with absolute
peacefulness and respect which God says all deserve.

I claim the right to peacefully defend myself, my family, and all other creatures of God against any obstructions of the laws
of God which I feel need protection with what ever force I feel necessary to use.

I claim the right to act as a peace protector of God and creatures created by God to faithfully ensure that any attempted harm
that is done in violations of the law of God against another creature of God has the protection of God through me.
I claim the right to be happy throughout my life by knowing that I am a free creature of God, and not held as property, or a
slave to another man.

I claim the right to use my knowledge, skills, and other talents given by God to help my myself happy, and other around my
happy by showing them the way of the law of God.

I claim the right to do NO harm anyone who does not harm to me or anyone who I am protecting under the this claim of
right.

I claim the right to provide my family with a place to live and provide food and water given from God to all of his creatures
here on earth.

I claim the right to defend myself against anyone who is trying to do harm against me which violates the law of God. I do not
wish to do harm to anyone, but I do have the right to defend my rights with as much force in as peaceful method I see
possible; for I am a peaceful man, and not a man of war, greed, incompetence, or any other form of evil which is in violation
of the law of God.

I claim the right to spread the word of God and the law of God to my fellow creatures of God.

I claim the right to live what I believe to be a free life by following the law of God, and the word of God.

I claim the right to live free from slavery of any kind which I believe to be slavery through the laws of God.

I claim the right to love an help all living souls in any manor I see fit which complies with the law of God.

I claim the right to exercise all of my rights to I live my life to what I believe to be it's full potential through the will of God
and my own free will which will guide me to my purpose in life and upon doing so, allow myself to contribute that
knowledge back to my fellow creatures of God.

I claim the right to never be declared any kind of terrorist, criminal, law violator, enemy of the state, or anything else
negative, For I am a peaceful and loving being who loves all beings. No matter what they do, or attempt to do against me, I
still love them, and wish peace, for that is a Law of God. If someone attempts to violate my rights, I have the right to defend
myself, but I will do what ever I can to do it peacefully, or with the least amount of damage possible. All damages incurred to
those who attempt to violate my rights are of their own doing, and they are liable for their own damages, not me.

I claim the right to upon protecting myself with what ever force needed, I am not liable for any damages that occur as a result
of my defence. Luke 22:36 states “Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his
scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.” which says that all should have some sort of
protection, sword was what they used at the time. So long as I am within the Law of God, and defending myself, my family,
those requesting my protection, or my rights, I am to be considered honorable and in the right.
7) Fee Schedule
I claim the right to use a Notary Public/Two or Three witnesses or peace officers as needed to secure payment of anything
covered under my Fee Schedule against any transgressors who by their actions or omissions harm me or my interests, directly
or by proxy in any way.
I claim the right to use the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Finance to ensure that the fee schedule is enforced upon
any entities under their domain.

7.1) Use of intimidation

Upon using any form of intimidation that I do not wish to be used against me to do something in violation of my rights, I
will require one or more of the following:
a) one half acre up to ten thousand acres of land
b) an amount of electronic transfer funds, or cash which I believe to be reasonable compensation
c) what I believe to be a reasonable amount of valuable goods
7.2) Use of deception
Upon using any form of deception to trick me into something not of my own will, I will require one or more of the
following:
a) one half acre up to one thousand acres of land
b) an amount of electronic transfer funds, or cash which I believe to be reasonable compensation
c) what I believe to be a reasonable amount of valuable goods
7.3) Use of Force
Upon using any form of force against me, which may or may not result in injury/stress, I will require one or more of the
following:
a) one hundred acres up to fifty thousand acres of land
b) an amount of electronic transfer funds, or cash which I believe to be reasonable compensation
c) what I believe to be a reasonable amount of valuable goods
7.4) Kidnapping
Upon being taken (or having a family member taken away without my written consent) somewhere against my own free
will, I will require one or more of the following:
a) one thousand acres up to one hundred thousand acres of land
b) an amount of electronic transfer funds, or cash which I believe to be reasonable compensation
c) what I believe to be a reasonable amount of valuable goods
d) all assets under the possession of the violator
e) inheritance to any titles under the possession of the violator
7.5) Violation of this document
Upon one of the parties binded to this contract violating it, I will require one or more of the following:
a) one hundred acres up to one hundred thousand acres of land
b) an amount of electronic transfer funds, or cash which I believe to be reasonable compensation
c) what I believe to be a reasonable amount of valuable goods
d) all assets under the possession of the violator
e) inheritance to any titles under the possession of the violator
7.6) Theft of personal property
Upon having any of my personal property, or personal property protected under my rights taken somewhere against
without my written permission, I will require one or more of the following:
a) one acre up to one hundred thousand acres of land
b) an amount of electronic transfer funds, or cash which I believe to be reasonable compensation
c) what I believe to be a reasonable amount of valuable goods
All land handed over to me under this fee schedule must be in allodial status.
My fee schedule is based on my believe that the stress, loss of time, and work that I have to perform in order to enforce my
rights are all part of my fee. Any kind of stress or injury to me could cause long term issues, so the fee schedule will go up
fast when faced with such violations. I believe my fee schedule to be flexible based upon my decision on how the violation is
treated. If the violation is dealt with what I believe to be honorably, then I may wave the fee. I believe this fee schedule to be
fair and reasonable.

I claim among my rights that if being Questioned, Interrogated or in any way Detained, Harassed, Handcuffed, Transported,
Incarcerated, Assaulted, Tortured, Permanent Health Problems/Disabilities that may be caused by the first two or subjected to
any Adjudication process or otherwise Regulated.
An immediate and initial whatever fees I see fit to charge should said person(s) offer to contract with me, or ,
As sometime we can come to amicable terms, I could wave the fee if the issue is dealt with in a manor
which I believe to be honorably handled.
8) Dispute or Counterclaim
I claim the right to deal with any counterclaims or disputes publicly and in an open forum using discussion and negotiation
and to capture on video tape said discussion and negotiation for whatever lawful purpose as I see fit.

Any and all concerned parties wishing to discuss or dispute these claims must send a Notice of Dispute or Offer of
Discussion within twenty-one days via Registered mail to the address below.

am willing to modify this document so that it complies with the law of God. If no offer is ever made, all information in this
document is to be considered the law, and fully enforceable.

I claim the right to deal with any counterclaims or disputes publicly and in an open forum using discussion and negotiation
and to capture on video tape said discussion and negotiation for whatever lawful purpose as I see fit.

I require any Notice of Dispute or Offer of Discussion to inform me of anything in this document, along with all the
supporting substantiated evidence, that does not comply with, or is incorrect on something, so that I can adjust it to ensure
that it complies with the law of God and binds the law of man to the law of God appropriately. I am a creature created by
God, therefore I follow the law of God for that's what I have been commanded to do through the King James Holy Bible
which the Queen defends.

If a Notice of Dispute or Offer of Discussion only covers particular issues which do not effect this entire document, all parts
of this document which are not in dispute or discussion will fall to default judgment in a period of twenty-one (21) days. All
parts of this claim which are under dispute or discussion are will be suspended until any issues regarding them has been
resolved to my satisfaction that it complies with the law of God.

All parties who have been served proper Notice of this Claim of right and fail to discuss or dispute, and then infringe, violate
or abrogate said rights, directly or through their agents, employees or proxies, agree they do so under full commercial liability
and are required to obey my fee schedule which applies to the situation.

All parties who have been served proper Notice of this Claim of right and fail to discuss or dispute it fall to the legal maxim
“He who is silent appears to consent.“ and will bind themselves and any roles that they may hold to ensure my rights are not
infringed directly or indirectly through their agents, employees proxies, or any other artificial entity which is under their
jurisdictions. I am not under their jurisdiction(s), so I can not be bothered by anything under their jurisdiction(s). This means
that all undisputed parties will fall to the written default judgment.

Anyone wishing to dispute this Claim of Right and the rights within it that are claimed, must do so by way of a sworn
counterclaim published in sent to myself, and sent to the public claiming the right to govern, regulate and order their fellow
man without the benefit of the consent of the governed, regulated or ordered.

Failure to do so will result in permanent estoppel by acquiescence forever barring any court or government agent from
interfering with the rights herein lawfully claimed.

I claim these Rights are hereby lawfully claimed and are established as Law twenty-one days hence upon agreement or

Enforcement of this document applies to all parties which have agreed to it. Either through direct agreement, or through their
silence. All agents, officers, roles, proxies, or other form of entity which which operates under the jurisdiction of the parties
which are in agreement are also binded to this document, and it is up to the government to ensure the laws that apply to them
within the system of government as well as within this document, and that justice is properly served in accordance with this
document and my wishes.
All private persons who agree to this document binds their role that they are acting as, and all parties falling under that roles
jurisdiction. This document doesn't give them any of my rights, but it does give them the ability to defend my rights, and the
obligation to not violate them.
10) Default Judgment
All concerned parties have twenty-one(21) days to dispute or deny any of the facts mentioned herein. Failure to do so
indicates full agreement and acceptance.

Whereas permanent estoppel by acquiescence barring any peace officer or prosecutor from bringing charges against a
Freeman-on-the-Land under any Act is created if this claim is not responded to in the stated fashion and time.
11) Survival
I claim the right that upon having my body killed, destroyed, broken beyond repair, or any other reason that stops me from
using my body, and is believed by anyone to have been on purpose which violates my rights, a copy of this document is to be
handed over to the all those who who wish to seek justice, and upon receiving a copy, signing it at the very bottom, and
having a witness of their choosing to view it, all of those who have done this will have been given all of my rights in this
document, and have the ability to uphold and enforce what needs to be done in a lawful method to ensure justice is has been
served to the party which has violated my rights.

I claim the right to craft my own will document of my own free will, then sign and seal it with my official seal which upon
opening it on my death, it will state my last commands given. I will declare who gets what personal property held under my
rights or any other wish that I command be done with my body, or my possessions. My soul lives on for ever, but my body
may not, so my will document will be considered my last order given by my soul through my body unless I becomes
resurrected some other time.

I claim the right to have this document survive any changes in the Corporation of Canada, Government of Canada, or any
other governance system which Canada may become part of, such as a North American Union, or a world Government. The
parties, roles, etc binded to this document must ensure that this document maintains the status of enforceable law throughout
any change. If any parties or roles binded to this document must ensure that if they their position ever get put into the position
that it is no longer going to exist in it's current form, the parties or roles binded to this document are obligated to ensure that
the document is enforced within the new changes of power.

This document will survive any change in the Canadian system. If the United Nations tries to come into Canada, it is the
responsibility of the parties binded to this document, to inform them that this document is protected under the law of the
Land, and must be enforced and maintained. This document maintains a peaceful message and a mission of peace and love to
all. Any thing under the name of peace is therefor required to obey to this, for I am on the same mission.

This document upon becoming agreed to, or defaulted will be considered to be as supreme law. These laws are to be
considered above any legislature, or any other form of law that violates this document. I am a Child of God, and my creator is
supreme, and has given me the free will to choose my own supreme rights so long as they do not violate the law of God. With
this document, I am hereby doing that. Any violation of that is to be considered a violation of my religious rights. I will be
printing up multiple copies, and doing my best to always have a copy of this document on me. This document is not just to
handle my rights in Canada, but this document is world wide. I am a man of peace, and shall be treated as such. I am a
minister of God, and I shall be treated as such. I am a freeman-on-the-land and Child of God, and shall be treated as such. I
demand and deserve the respect of my rights, and beliefs , as I give the same respect to other live creatures created by God. I
 am not any kind of terrorist, and I do not do anything which does not benefit myself and my fellow creatures of God.
12) Maxims of law
Any one may renounce a law introduced for his own benefit.
No one is obliged to accept a benefit against his consent.
He who enjoys the benefit, ought also to bear the burden.
He who enjoys the advantage of a right takes the accompanying disadvantage.
A privilege is, as it were, a private law.
Let the purchaser beware.
Let the seller beware.
Goods are worth as much as they can be sold for.
No rule of law protects a buyer who willfully closes his ears to information, or refuses to make inquiry when circumstances
of grave suspicion imperatively demand it.
Let every one employ himself in what he knows.
Usury is odious in law. [Exodus 22:25, Leviticus 25:36-37, Nehemiah 5:7,10, Proverbs 28:8, Ezekiel 18:8,13,17; 22:12]
When you doubt, do not act.
Many men know many things, no one knows everything.
One is not present unless he understands.
He who questions well, learns well.
What ever is done in excess is prohibited by law.
Consent makes the law. A contract is a law between the parties, which can acquire force only by consent.
He who consents cannot receive an injury.
He who mistakes is not considered as consenting.
Every consent involves a submission; but a mere submission does not necessarily involve consent.
A contract founded on a base and unlawful consideration, or against good morals, is null.
The contract makes the law.
Agreements give the law to the contract.
Advice, unless fraudulent, does not create an obligation.
No action arises on an immoral contract.
You ought to know with whom you deal.
If anything is due to a corporation, it is not due to the individual members of it, nor do the members individually owe what
the corporation owes.
Agreement takes the place of the law: the express understanding of parties supercedes such understanding as the law would
imply.
He who does not deny, admits.
No one is believed in court but upon his oath.
An act of the court shall oppress no one.
There ought to be an end of law suits.
It concerns the commonwealth that there be an end of law suits.
It is for the public good that there be an end of litigation.
Equity acts upon the person.
No one can sue in the name of another.
A general appearance cures antecedent irregularity of process, a defective service, etc.
The presence of the body cures the error in the name; the truth of the name cures an error in the description.
An error in the name is immaterial if the body is certain.
An error in the name is nothing when there is certainty as to the person.
No one is punished for his thoughts.
No one is punished for merely thinking of a crime.
He who does not forbid a crime while he may, sanctions it.
He who does not blame, approves.
No one is to be punished for the crime or wrong of another.
No guilt attaches to him who is compelled to obey.
Gross negligence is held equivalent to intentional wrong.
Misconduct binds its own authors. It is a never-failing axiom that everyone is accountable only for his own offence or wrong.
In offenses, the will and not the consequences are to be looked to.
It is to the intention that all law applies.
The intention of the party is the soul of the instrument.
Every act is to be estimated by the intention of the doer.
An act does not make a man a criminal, unless his intention be criminal.
An act does not make a person guilty, unless the intention be also guilty. This maxim applies only to criminal cases; in civil
matters it is otherwise.
In offenses, the intention is regarded, not the event.
The intention amounts to nothing unless some effect follows.
Take away the will, and every action will be indifferent.
Your motive gives a name to your act.
An outlaw is, as it were, put out of the protection of the law.
Vainly does he who offends against the law, seek the help of the law.
Drunkenness inflames and produces every crime.
Drunkenness both aggravates and reveals every crime.
He who sins when drunk shall be punished when sober.
Punishment is due if the words of an oath be false.
A prison is established not for the sake of punishment, but of detention and guarding.
Those sinning secretly are punished more severely than those sinning openly.
Punishment ought not to precede a crime.
If one falsely accuses another of a crime, the punishment due to that crime should be inflicted upon the perjured informer.

Long time and long use, beyond the memory of man, suffices for right.
Custom is the best expounder of the law.
Custom is another law.
A prescriptive and legitimate custom overcomes the law.
Custom leads the willing, law compels or draws the unwilling.
Usage is the best interpreter of things.
Custom is the best interpreter of laws.
What is done contrary to the custom of our ancestors, neither pleases nor appears right.
Where two rights concur, the more ancient shall be preferred.
The meaning of words is the spirit of the law. [Romans 8:2]
The propriety of words is the safety of property.
It is immaterial whether a man gives his assent by words or by acts and deeds.
It matters not whether a revocation be by words or by acts.
What is expressed renders what is implied silent.
An unequivocal statement prevails over an implication.
In ambiguous expressions, the intention of the person using them is chiefly to be regarded.
The expression of those things which are tacitly implied operates nothing.
The expression of one thing is the exclusion of another.
A general expression is to be construed generally.
A general expression implies nothing certain.
General words are understood in a general sense.
When the words and the mind agree, there is no place for interpretation.
Every interpretation either declares, extends or restrains.
The best interpretation is made from things preceding and following; i.e., the context.
Words are to be interpreted according to the subject-matter.
He who considers merely the letter of an instrument goes but skin deep into its meaning.
Frequently where the propriety of words is attended to, the meaning of truth is lost.
Words are to be taken most strongly against him who uses them.
Multiplicity and indistinctness produce confusion; and questions, the more simple they are, the more lucid.
When two things repugnant to each other are found in a will, the last is to be confirmed.
Bad or false grammar does not vitiate a deed or grant.
Many things can be implied from a few expressions.
Language is the exponent of the intention.
Words are indicators of the mind or thought.
Speech is the index of the mind. [James 1:26]
Laws are imposed, not upon words, but upon things.
A fiction is a rule of law that assumes something which is or may be false as true.
Where truth is, fiction of law does not exist.
There is no fiction without law.
Fictions arise from the law, and not law from fictions
Fiction is against the truth, but it is to have truth.
In a fiction of law, equity always subsists.
A fiction of law injures no one.
Fiction of law is wrongful is it works loss or injury to any one.
If ever the law of God and man are at variance, the former are to be obeyed in derogation of the later. [Acts 5:29]
That which is against Divine Law is repugnant to society and is void.
He who becomes a soldier of Christ has ceased to be a soldier of the world. [2 Timothy 2:3-4]
Where the Divinity is insulted the case is unpardonable.
Human things never prosper when divine things are neglected.
No man is presumed to be forgetful of his eternal welfare, and particularly at the point of death.
The church does not die.
That is the highest law which favors religion.
The law is from everlasting.
He who acts badly, hates the light.
He who does not willingly speak the truth, is a betrayer of the truth.
He who does not speak the truth, is a traitor to the truth.
The truth that is not sufficiently defended is frequently overpowered; and he who does not disapprove, approves.
Suppression of the truth is equivalent to the expression of what is false.
Truth, by whomever pronounced, is from God.
Truth fears nothing but concealment.
We can do nothing against truth. [2 Corinthians 13:8]
Truth is the mother of justice.
To swear is to call God to witness, and is an act of religion.
Earlier in time, is stronger in right. First in time, first in right.
He who is before in time, is preferred in right.
What is first is truest; and what comes first in time, is best in law.
No man is ignorant of his eternal welfare.
All men know God. [Hebrews 8:11]
The cause of the Church is a public cause.
The Law of God and the law of the land are all one, and both favor and preserve the common good of the land.
No man warring for God should be troubled by secular business.
What is given to the church is given to God.
That which seems necessary for the king and the state ought not to be said to tend to the prejudice of liberty of the [Christ's]
ekklesia.
The power which is derived [from God] cannot be greater than that from which it is derived [God]. [Romans 13:1]
The order of things is confounded if every one preserves not his jurisdiction [in and of Christ].
Jurisdiction is a power introduced for the public good, on account of the necessity of dispensing justice.
Every jurisdiction has its own bounds.
The government cannot confer a favor which occasions injury and loss to others.
A minor ought not to be guardian of a minor, for he is unfit to govern others who does not know how to govern himself.
The government is to be subject to the law, for the law makes government.
The law is not to be violated by those in government.
God, and not man, make the heir. [Romans 8:16]
God alone makes the heir, not man.
Co-heirs are deemed as one body or person, by reason of the unity of right which they possess. [Romans 8:17, Ephesians
5:31-32]
No one can be both owner and heir at the same time.
An heir is either by right of property, or right of representation.
An heir is the same person with his ancestor. [Because the ancestor, during his life, bears in his body (of law) all his heirs].
'Heir' is a collective name or noun [so it is not private, and has no private rights].
Several co-heirs are as one body, by reason of the unity of right which they possess. [Romans 8:17, Ephesians 5:31-32]
The law favors a man's inheritance.
Heir is a term of law, son one of nature.
An heir is another self, and a son is a part of the father.
The heir succeeds to the restitution not the penalty.
Let justice be done, though the heavens should fall.
One who commands lawfully must be obeyed.
Whoever does anything by the command of a judge is not reckoned to have done it with an evil intent, because it is necessary
to obey. [Isaiah 33:22, "For the LORD is our judge…"]
Where a person does an act by command of one exercising judicial authority, the law will not suppose that he acted from any
wrongful or improper motive, because it was his bounden duty to obey.
A judgment is always taken as truth.
If you judge, understand.
It is the duty of a good judge to remove the cause of litigation. [Acts 18:12-16]
The end of litigation is justice.
To a judge who exceeds his office or jurisdiction no obedience is due.
One who exercises jurisdiction out of his territory is not obeyed with impunity.
A twisting of language is unworthy of a judge.
A good judge decides according to justice and right, and prefers equity to strict law.
Of the credit and duty of a judge, no question can arise; but it is otherwise respecting his knowledge, whether he be mistaken
as to the law or fact.
It is punishment enough for a judge that he is responsible to God. [Psalms 2:10-12, Romans 13]
That is the best system of law which confides as little as possible to the discretion of the judge.
That law is the best which leaves the least discretion to the judge; and this is an advantage which results from certainty.
He is the best judge who relies as little as possible on his own discretion.
Whenever there is a doubt between liberty and slavery, the decision must be in favor of liberty.
He who decides anything, a party being unheard, though he should decide right, does wrong.
He who spares the guilty, punishes the innocent. [Mark 15:6-15, Luke 23:17-25, John 18:38-40]
The judge is condemned when a guilty person escapes punishment.
What appears not does not exist, and nothing appears judicially before judgment.
It is improper to pass an opinion on any part of a sentence, without examining the whole.
Hasty justice is the step-mother of misfortune.
Faith is the sister of justice.
Justice knows not father not mother; justice looks at truth alone.
A judge is not to act upon his personal judgment or from a dictate of private will, but to pronounce according to law and
justice.
No one should be judge in his own cause.
No one can be at once judge and party.
A judge is to expound, not to make, the law.
It is the duty of a judge to declare the law, not to enact the law or make it.
Definite, legal conclusions cannot be arrived at upon hypothetical averments.
A judge is the law speaking. [the mouth of the law]
A judge should have two salts: the salt of wisdom, lest he be insipid; and the salt of conscience, lest he be devilish.
He who flees judgment confesses his guilt.
No man should be condemned unheard.
The judge is counsel for the prisoner.
Everyone is presumed to be innocent until his guilt is established beyond a reasonable doubt.
Justice is neither to be denied nor delayed.
It is the property of a Judge to administer justice, not to give it.
Justice is an excellent virtue, and pleasing to the Most High.
A maxim is so called because its dignity is chiefest, and its authority most certain, and because universally approved of all.
All law has either been derived from the consent of the people, established by necessity, confirmed by custom, or of Divine
Providence.
Nothing is so becoming to authority [God] as to live according to the law [of God].
He acts prudently who obeys the commands of the Law. [Ecclesiastes 12:13]
Law is the safest helmet; under the shield of the law no one is deceived. [Ephesians 6:13-17, 1 Thessalonians 5:8]
An argument drawn from authority [scripture] is the strongest in law.
An argument drawn from a similar case, or analogy, avails in law.
That which was originally void, does not by lapse of time become valid.
The law does not seek to compel a man to do that which he cannot possibly perform.
The law requires nothing impossible.
The law compels no one to do anything which is useless or impossible.
No one is bound to do what is impossible
Impossibility excuses the law.
No prescription runs against a person unable to act.
The law shall not, through the medium of its executive capacity, work a wrong.
The law does wrong to no one.
An act of the law wrongs no man.
The law never works an injury, or does him a wrong.
The construction of law works not an injury.
An argument drawn from what is inconvenient is good in law, because the law will not permit any inconvenience.
Nothing inconvenient is lawful.

The law which governs corporations is the same as that which governs individuals [godless entities].
Nothing against reason is lawful.
The laws sometimes sleep, but never die.
A contemporaneous exposition is the best and most powerful in the law.

We may do what is allowed by law.
Ignorance of fact may excuse, but not ignorance of law.

In a doubtful case, that is the construction of the law which the words indicate.
In doubt, the gentler course is to be followed.
In doubt, the safer course is to be adopted.

In things favored what does good is more regarded than what does harm.
In all affairs, and principally in those which concern the administration of justice, the rules of equity ought to be followed.
In ambiguous things, such a construction is to be made, that what is inconvenient and absurd is to be avoided.
Law is the science of what is good and evil.

Reason and authority are the two brightest lights in the world.

When the reason, which is the soul of a law, ceases to exist, the law itself should lose its operative effect.

What is inconvenient or contrary to reason, is not allowed in law.

We are all bound to our lawgiver, regardless of our personal interpretation of reality. [Isaiah 33:22, James 4:12]
Legality is not reality
The law sustains the watchful.
Those awake, not those asleep, the laws assist. [1 Timothy 1:9]
Legal remedies are for the active and vigilant.
What is good and equal, is the law of laws.
Whose right it is to institute, his right it is to abrogate.
Laws are abrogated or repealed by the same authority by which they are made.
The civil law is what a people establishes for itself. [It is not established by God]
Many things have been introduced into the common law, with a view to the public good, which are inconsistent with sound
reason. [The law of merchants was merged with the common law]
The people is the greatest master of error.
A man may obey the law and yet be neither honest nor a good neighbor.
To investigate [inquire into] is the way to know what things are truly lawful. [2 Timothy 2:15]
Those who do not preserve the law of the land, they justly incur the awesome and indelible brand of infamy.
An exception to the rule should not destroy the rule.
Laws should bind their own maker.
Necessity overrules the law.
Necessity makes that lawful which otherwise is not lawful.
Things which are tolerated on account of necessity ought not to be drawn into precedents.
It has been said, with much truth, "Where the law ends, tyranny begins."
The law favors dower; it is the reward of chastity; therefore let it be preserved. [Exodus 22:17]
Husband and wife are considered one person in law. [Genesis 2:24]
A wife is not her own mistress, but is under the power of her husband.
The union of a man and a woman is of the law of nature.
Marriages ought to be free.
All things which are of the wife, belong to the husband. [Genesis 3:16]
Although the property may be the wife's, the husband is the keeper of it, since he is the head of the wife.
Consent, and not cohabitation, makes the marriage.
Insanity prevents marriage from being contracted, because consent is needed.
A wife follows the domicile of her husband.
Husband and wife cannot be a witness for, or against, each other, because of the union of person that exists.
The right of blood and kindred cannot be destroyed by any civil law. [Acts 17:26-28]
Children are the blood of their parents, but the father and mother are not of the blood of the children.
He who has the risk has the dominion or advantage.
There is no disputing against a man denying principles.
The immediate, and not the remote cause, is to be considered.
A consequence ought not to be drawn from another consequence.

To know properly is to know the reason and cause of a thing.
The useful by the useless is not destroyed.

When anything is commanded, everything by which it can be accomplished is also commanded.
The principal part of everything is the beginning.
To refer errors to their origin is to refute them.
The origin of a thing ought to be inquired into.
Human nature does not change with time or environment.
Anger is short insanity.
It is lawful to repel force by force, provided it be done with the moderation of blameless defense, not for the purpose of
taking revenge, but to ward off injury.
The status of a person is his legal position or condition.
A person is a man considered with reference to a certain status.
The partner of my partner is not my partner.
Use is the master of things, experience is the mistress of things.
Protection draws to it subjection, subjection, protection.
Error artfully colored is in many things more probable than naked truth; and frequently error conquers truth and reasoning.
Ignorance of the Law does not excuse misconduct in anyone, least of all a sworn officer of the law.
Summonses or citations should not be granted before it is expressed under the circumstances whether the summons ought to
be made.
A delegated power cannot be again delegated. A deputy cannot appoint a deputy.
An office ought to be injurious to no one.
A neglected duty often works as much against the interests as a duty wrongfully performed.
Failure to enforce the law does not change it.
It is contrary to the Law of Nations to do violence to Ambassadors.
An Ambassador fills the place of the king by whom he is sent, and is to be honored as he is whose place he fills.
The greatest enemies to peace are force and wrong.
Force and wrong are greatly contrary to peace.
Force is inimical to the laws.
No one gives who does not have.
No one can give what he does not own.
One cannot transfer to another a right which he has not.
He gives nothing who has nothing.
Two cannot possess one thing each in entirety.
A gift is rendered complete by the possession of the receiver.
What is mine cannot be taken away without my consent.
He that gives never ceases to possess until he that receives begins to possess.
A person in possession is not bound to prove that the possessions belong to him.
Things taken or captured by pirates and robbers do not change their ownership.
Things which are taken from enemies immediately become the property of the captors. It is one thing to possess, it is another
to be in possession.
Possession of the termer, possession of the reversioner.
Land lying unoccupied is given to the first occupant.
What belongs to no one, naturally belong to the first occupant.
Possession is a good title, where no better title appears.
Long possession produces the right of possession, and takes away from the true owner his action.
When a man has the possession as well as the right of property, he is said to have jus duplicatum - a double right, forming a
complete title.
Rights of dominion are transferred without title or delivery, by prescription, to wit, long and quiet possession.
Possessor has right against all men but him who has the very right.
Enjoy your own property in such a manner as not to injure that of another person.
He who owns the soil, owns up to the sky.
The owner of a piece of land owns everything above and below it to an indefinite extent.
Of whom is the land, of him is it also to the sky and to the deepest depths; he who owns the land owns all above and all
below the surface.
Every person has exclusive dominion over the soil which he absolutely owns; hence such an owner of land has the exclusive
right of hunting and fishing on his land, and the waters covering it.
Every man's house is his castle.
A citizen cannot be taken by force from his house to be conducted before a judge or to prison.
The habitation of each one is an inviolable asylum for him.
Whatever is affixed to the soil belongs to it.
Rivers and ports are public, therefore the right of fishing there is common to all.
Land comprehends any ground soil, or earth whatsoever; as meadows, pastures, woods, moors, waters, and marshes.
A right cannot arise from a wrong.
You are not to do evil that good may come of it.
It is not lawful to do evil that good may come of it.
That interpretation is to be received, which will not intend a wrong.
It is better to suffer every wrong or ill, than to consent to it.
It is better to recede than to proceed wrongly.
To lie is to go against the mind.
The multitude of those who err is no excuse for error. [Exodus 23:2]
No one is considered as committing damages, unless he is doing what he has no right to do.
No one shall take advantage of his own wrong.
No man ought to derive any benefit of his own wrong.
No one ought to gain by another's loss.
No one ought to enrich himself at the expense of others.
No one can improve his condition by a crime.
He who uses his legal rights, harms no one.
An error not resisted is approved.
He who is silent appears to consent.
Things silent are sometimes considered as expressed.
To conceal is one thing, to be silent another.
Concealment of the truth is (equivalent to) a statement of what is false.
Suppression of fact, which should be disclosed, is the same in effect as willful misrepresentation.
Evil is not presumed.
It is safer to err on the side of mercy.
Unequal things ought not to be joined. [2 Corinthians 6:14]
Things unite with similar things.
The law is no respecter of persons. [Acts 10:34]
Time runs against the slothful and those who neglect their rights. [Proverbs 24:30-31]

39. (1) Every one who is in peaceable possession of personal property under a claim of right, and every one acting under his authority,

(2) Every one who is in peaceable possession of personal property, but does not claim it as of right or does not act under the authority
of a person who claims it as of right, is not justified or protected from criminal responsibility for defending his possession against a
person who is entitled by law to possession of it.

40. Every one who is in peaceable possession of a dwelling-house, and every one lawfully assisting him or acting under his authority,
is justified in using as much force as is necessary to prevent any person from forcibly breaking into or forcibly entering the dwelling-

Defence of house or real property
41. (1) Every one who is in peaceable possession of a dwelling-house or real property, and every one lawfully assisting him or acting
under his authority, is justified in using force to prevent any person from trespassing on the dwelling-house or real property, or to
remove a trespasser therefrom, if he uses no more force than is necessary.
Assault by trespasser
(2) A trespasser who resists an attempt by a person who is in peaceable possession of a dwelling-house or real property, or a person
lawfully assisting him or acting under his authority to prevent his entry or to remove him, shall be deemed to commit an assault
without justification or provocation.

Assertion of right to house or real property
42. (1) Every one is justified in peaceably entering a dwelling-house or real property by day to take possession of it if he, or a person
under whose authority he acts, is lawfully entitled to possession of it.
Assault in case of lawful entry

(a) not having peaceable possession of a dwelling-house or real property under a claim of right, or
(b) not acting under the authority of a person who has peaceable possession of a dwelling-house or real property under a claim of
right,
assaults a person who is lawfully entitled to possession of it and who is entering it peaceably by day to take possession of it, for the
purpose of preventing him from entering, the assault shall be deemed to be without justification or provocation.
Trespasser provoking assault
(3) Where a person
(a) having peaceable possession of a dwelling-house or real property under a claim of right, or
(b) acting under the authority of a person who has peaceable possession of a dwelling-house or real property under a claim of right,
assaults any person who is lawfully entitled to possession of it and who is entering it peaceably by day to take possession of it, for the
purpose of preventing him from entering, the assault shall be deemed to be provoked by the person who is entering.

(c) to hold the person for ransom or to service against the person’s will.

Punishment

(1.1) Every person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable

(a) where a firearm is used in the commission of the offence, to imprisonment for life and to a minimum punishment of imprisonment
for a term of four years; and

(b) in any other case, to imprisonment for life.

(2) Every one who, without lawful authority, confines, imprisons or forcibly seizes another person is guilty of

(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years; or
(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.

Non-resistance

(3) In proceedings under this section, the fact that the person in relation to whom the offence is alleged to have been committed did
not resist is not a defence unless the accused proves that the failure to resist was not caused by threats, duress, force or exhibition of
force.

with intent to induce any person, other than the hostage, or any group of persons or any state or international or intergovernmental
organization to commit or cause to be committed any act or omission as a condition, whether express or implied, of the release of the
hostage.

Hostage-taking

(2) Every person who takes a person hostage is guilty of an indictable offence and liable

(a) where a firearm is used in the commission of the offence, to imprisonment for life and to a minimum punishment of imprisonment
for a term of four years; and

(b) in any other case, to imprisonment for life.

Non-resistance

(3) Subsection 279(3) applies to proceedings under this section as if the offence under this section were an offence under section 279.

offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

(2) Any proceedings in respect of a contravention of or conspiracy to contravene an Act mentioned in subsection (1), other than this
Act, may be instituted at the instance of the Government of Canada and conducted by or on behalf of that Government.

(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or

(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.

(2) Where the order referred to in subsection (1) was made in proceedings instituted at the instance of the Government of Canada and
conducted by or on behalf of that Government, any proceedings in respect of a contravention of or conspiracy to contravene that order
may be instituted and conducted in like manner.

Obstructing or violence to or arrest of officiating clergyman
176. (1) Every one who
(a) by threats or force, unlawfully obstructs or prevents or endeavours to obstruct or prevent a clergyman or minister from
celebrating divine service or performing any other function in connection with his calling, or
(b) knowing that a clergyman or minister is about to perform, is on his way to perform or is returning from the performance
of any of the duties or functions mentioned in paragraph (a)
(i) assaults or offers any violence to him, or
(ii) arrests him on a civil process, or under the pretence of executing a civil process,

is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

14) Conclusions and Summary

With this document I hope to express my intention to be a peaceful creature of God, and my motivation is to be a f
which is not enslaved by another for all time. I wish to make it clear that I have no intention to do harm to another.
With this document I am making it clear that anything under this claim is going to be enforced to the full extent po
violation of my right is to be considered a serious crime under the law of God, the law of man, including the Canad
Criminal Code.
I am not a “person”, “driver”, “citizen”, or any other fictional entity. I am a Soul with a living, breathing, body cre
God, and in compliance with God, I will obey the law of God which has been given to me, and I will live a life of p
am in defence of my rights, I am still acting peaceful, and my intentions are peaceful, respectful, and honorable.

In my life, I wish to have a decent peaceful dwelling which fulfills our needs, with a nice peace of property so that
farming, and other things which make good use of the land and provide something for me, my family, and then pro
others with gifts, or items for barter trade, or other methods I see fit to provide gifts from God, and fruits of my lab
myself, my family, and others who need it. I wish to build a self sustained environment which helps the
plants given by God, and provide for those on my land, as well as more for other people who need it.
All of my intentions and motivations in life is to enhance and provide my knowledge and talents to
me and my fellow creatures of God. My actions that result out of this, should provide a more peaceful,
happier, less stress environment to those around me so that it can perpetuate and provide more good into
this world. I believe I have given a powerful knowledge by God and my fellow creatures of God who have
helped me understand and follow this path. I wish to do the same back, and do my part, to bring more
good into this world. Some day I will build a church of my own, and I will teach the word of God.

I believe these rights to be acceptable under any society which recognizes the supremacy of God. I
wish no wrong upon anyone, and hope that through my legal and lawful document coming into power, I
will do my best to be a good being in the pursuit of providing a better existence on God's world for myself
and all of God's creatures.
With this document, I will be ensuring that it is clear that I am the authority figure and enforcer of
my rights, and my families rights. I may request others to help under power of my claim of right, but, I
will always maintain authority figure and enforcer of my family rights so long as I am alive and able to
maintain them.
I am the only being that can modify my rights at any time or place that I feel the need to. This is clear.
This document will be the legal and lawful document which binds the system of governance in Canada to
ensure my rights are taken seriously and defended.
All references I made to any statutes or laws of man do not bind me to them, it only shows how the law of
God complies with them, and therefore all parties who are binded to this contract are hereby required to
uphold this document as it is enforceable under all laws of God and Man.

This document is not complete yet, and may never be for a long time. This is a start. As I do not yet
understand all of my rights that I can claim under the grace of God, I must ensure that this document
remains open to updates at any time or place. If something is not in this document, and I see the need to
add it, I can modify it on the spot, through verbal or written communication. Once I have found a new
right and mentioned it through verbal communication, I will write it down, and add it to my official
version once I have it available. It is the responsibility of the parties binded to this document to check for
any updates. If they have not done so, they are still obligated to comply to this document even without
checking the updated copy. I will do what I can to provide an on-line version so that it may be easier to get
access to.
I have no intention of doing harm against another, committing fraud, or doing anything else to
violate the law of God. If I am ever accused of anything, I am to be assumed innocent. Unless my
intentions can be proven otherwise to my face, peacefully, with full substantiated evidence which I do not
deny, I am to remain innocent, and never be considered a guilty party. If I am guilty of something, it is up
to the real live being with a soul to approach me peacefully with the substantiated evidence, at which
point, I will sit down and come up with a contract which both I and the party which I have done wrong
against agree on to resolve the issue. I am an honorable being, and I will directly with the being which I
intentionally effect.

With this document, I am making it clear that I am no longer giving consent to be governed by any
form of government. I have not seen a government which which deserves my consent to this yet. The
Government of Canada I believe has become to tyrannical in trying to control free men. With this
document, I am revoking all permission to the Government of Canada or any other government from
claiming governance over me. To try and do this against my will is considered an act of terrorism against a
clergyman who follows the law of God in the message of peace and love.

I typically keep to myself, so I don't really have any intention of becoming some big time political
force to try and change the government. That is the duty for people who operate within that system. My
intention is to life a free life, teach the Word and Law of God to those who wish to learn it, provide my
knowledge, skills, and labour to anyone under a contract of our choosing which is not effected by any
statutes or government intervention.
If someone claims I this document is not legal or lawful, they must provide me with what I believe
to be full substantial evidence proving that claim, so that I may adjust this document to comply. I wish to
remain within the Supreme Law of God. I do not wish, and have no intention to break any laws which
apply to me. With this document I am executing my legal and lawful rights in an Honorable manor.
Failure to dispute them and then violate them is not Honorable and therefore all parties who agree or
 default to this document are all in dishonorable positions, and I am always Honorable and in the right,
therefore innocent in such incidences.
I am responsible for myself, no matter what age I am. I do not need to have the government take
care of my in my old age. Myself, and my family will take care of our selves within our claimed rights.
We are not children of the state any longer. God and Her Majesty The Queen have shown me the path of
God, which myself, and my family, under my authority choose to follow the Law of God.

is. The headings used in this document shall form no part of this agreement, and shall be deemed to have been inserted for
