Role responsibilities:

Guaranteeing corporate success through effective financial management


Coordinate & create structured budgets, forecasts and business plans within the
requirements of the group
Assisting the general manager with the status reports on target achievement to
senior management and the board of directors
Design of a rational information system on enterprise level and monthly
assessment of the performance by means of a financial cockpit
Provide an internal control system and risk management, as well as ensuring
compliance and implementation of corporate policies
Responsible for the proper management of financial accounting and on-schedule
reporting under Swiss law
Point of contact for internal and external audit
Responsible for personnel administration, IT support & infrastructure and
logistics process
Link between HQ and management for all business and administrative processes
Ad hoc project responsibilities in the areas of finance, HR, IT and logistics
Team lead of one accountant

Your profile:

University degree in economics, finance, accounting or other relevant science


Several years of experience in a similar role
Good understanding of financial management information and Swiss accounting
principles
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a
growing and ambiguous environment
Self-motivated, demonstrating drive, enthusiasm and determination
Fluent in English - German is a strong plus as well as French
