I have been teaching for Bachelors and Masters program for IT at ATMC and Kent Institute for last 2
years. I have substantial teaching experience at University level for IT courses for more than 15+ years.

Professionally I am working as a Search Engine Optimization expert dealing a few companies where I
extensively work with web data analytics.

I did my PhD in Telecommunications in 2009 from University of South Australia and I published a book
in Wireless Networking.

I have more than 10 years of industrial experience in IT. I have professional working experience in
Programming, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, J2EE, Java Server Pages, Java, C#. I have solid
understanding of operating systems, data structure and algorithm, computer networks, Database
development, mobile apps development, etc.

I have been regularly publishing papers in conferences and journals. I have more than 30 papers
published in different areas of IT.

I can constructively interact and work with colleagues at all levels, encourage colleagues to express their
opinions and views, and use appropriate opportunities to express our own, and actively support and
encourage teamwork across and beyond the organization. I also actively seek and provide constructive
feedback from and to our team.

Due to my long academic background and working similar roles both in Melbourne and Adelaide
(Australia) and more than 4 year teaching experience in Bangladesh, I am confident to maintain my
interpersonal and communication skills including cross-cultural values.
I believe in sustaining a culture of trust in employee relationships, based on a clear understanding of
professional roles and responsibilities. Therefore I believe in understanding and applying the values and
code, and using them to guide behaviors and decision-making.
