Job Description : He manages of 9 cement packing plants spreads in Sumatera, Kalimantan and
Java island, 6 cement carrier vessels and port facilities. The operation cost to
manage is around 600 billion IDR per year. He has been organizing 105 employees
and 300 labors outsource in cement packing plant, shipping operations and ports
in all around Indonesia.

Key • Zero fatality in all facilities and comply with health and safety regulation
Performance refers to both Lafargeholcim group and Indonesian government.

- Packing plant (OEE > 80%; service level > 98%; cost per ton <
