Please follow the below instructions to update Internet Explorer Browser Settings in

your PC, to enable Consumer Login service on www.goaelectricity.gov.in

(If, login problem still persists after this, then try logging through any browser other
than (IE) Internet Explorer)

Step 1: User left click on "Tools in Internet Explorer

Step 2: left click on "Internet Options (menu item)"

Step 3: left click on "Privacy (page tab)" in "Internet Options"

Step 4: left click on "Advanced (push button)" in "Internet Options"

Step 5: left click on "Override automatic cookie handling (check box)" in "Advanced Privacy
Settings"

Step 6: left click on "Always allow session cookies (check box)" in "Advanced Privacy
Settings"
Step 7: left click on "OK (push button)" in "Advanced Privacy Settings"

Step 8: left click on "OK (push button)" in "Internet Options"
