Course Title: Organizational and Management of Educational Institution

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Theories, Principles and practices in Management and Organization in General and in Educational
Institution in Particular at levels, with consideration to the legal, political, economic, social and cultural
demands and challenges of school environment.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
At the end of the term, students are expected to:
1. Know and understand the different theories, principles and process of management and
organization in general and in Educational Institution in particular at all levels.
2. Demonstrate the theories, principles and practices in organization and management of educational
institution through report, research, and poster presentations of best practices.
3. Appreciate the role of school administrators in the organization and management of educational
constitution.

Credit: 3 units/54 hrs. / 1 semester/ 7 meetings
