O R D E R:

In the G.O read above, the Finance (FMU-I-I, EF, MA) Department,
have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 500,00,00,000/-
(Rupees Five Hundred Crores only) under Plan as additional funds in
relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending
submission of supplementary grant during 2015-16 towards meeting the
expenditure for the scheme of Construction of Raj Bhavan and Assembly etc.

2. In pursuance of the above Budget Release Order, Government, hereby

accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 500,00,00,000/-
(Rupees Five Hundred Crores only) under Plan as additional funds in
relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending
submission of supplementary grant during 2015-16 towards meeting the
expenditure for the scheme of Construction of Raj Bhavan and Assembly etc.

3. The amount sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited to the

following Head of account:

4. The Commissioner, APCRDA, Vijayawada shall draw the amount

sanctioned above.

5. The Commissioner, APCRDA shall also send necessary Supplementary

Estimates to include in SE.2015-16 to Finance Department.
