Scope:

Need of the document is to fetch the data from the sap screens to the screen designed to check the data
on day to day basis for the supervisors to know the information of grade ghee's present in the storage
tanks at semi finished level .

Business requirement:

As per the business policy they want to maintain the business and don’t want others to know the recipe
of ghee mfg on for this purpose they want to establish the controls in that direction this enhancement
and do development is to provide the different Semi Finished Ghee’s and to combine to form the Final
Finished Ghee and the same to be received to the specific Storage Location be the finished is come into
main storage location along with the specified Batch.

Further it has to read the information from the respective Production Version for various combinations
of alternative bills of materials, storage locations, and the activities that are used for costing purposes.

Processes implemented in sap to bring semi finished ghee’s into stock and consider as

first phase in durga dairy

Receiving data from sap screens to front end screens

Open mb51 screen and enter materials and storage locations and movement type and press execute
button it will display all the semi finished ghee’s quantities available as on date

Operator open front end screen to check the data as on date for the entire six semi finished materials
Mixing process of semi finished ghee’s

Here main ghee is formed by mixing any three combinations of semi finished ghee’s

Operator opens the UI front end screen and select any three semi finished ghee’s and press ok button
then immediately system will generate processes order number

When the operator enter the processes order number all other fields are populated automatically
except quantity

Operator enters the quantity received and then executes the goods receipt. Once goods receipt is
successfully executed, operator sees the generated document number.

Main ghee process in sap

Operator creates an processes order using CR01

Select any one production version depending on the business requirement selection of three grade
ghee’s and system will scheduled and release the order and note down the number
Operator will conform phase 20 of processes order using cor6n

Operator goes to the goods movement screen

Operator checks the components to be issued along with conformation

Enter all the vales and save the conformation

Operator sees the conformation is saved successfully

Operator carries out goods receipt against the order using MIGO
Operator enters GR against the processes order and check the storage location and recipient name save
the document

Save the document.
