I. TITLE: SCHOOL-BASED REORIENTATION ON THE PREPARATION OF


TEACHERS’ RPMS

II. RATIONALE:

Teachers in school are committed and accountable to be equipped with high


level- instructional competence, with results that are manifested in high performance
levels in terms of learning outcomes.

This training is designed to make teachers realize their strengths and


weaknesses in the teaching-learning process by rating the yearly performance
results that can be used as testimonies for improvement.

III. A. OBJECTIVES:
1. Provide teachers with a refresher course on the proper preparation of
Accurate documents for RPMS.
2. Record a clear learning goals adopted in the lessons and realize the
weaknesses for improvement.
3. Establish and maintain consistent standards to upgrade teaching
competencies.
4. Accomplish IPCRF according to performance results.

1. RPMS and its significance in the upgrading of teacher’s competency

3. Guidelines on the preparation of RPMS Documents
4. How to compute RPMS rating
