Ci = Credits of ith subject


Gi = Points obtained by the student for ith subject

GPA of 3.00 = Average B grade for all the subjects

• If you stop at PG.Dip.,
– “CE601 Independent Study” should be completed to
the satisfaction of the supervisor and examiners.
– A viva may be required + CE 601 Report (Thesis)
should be submitted in hardbound form.

• If you continue to MSc.Eng. Degree,


– “CE602 Advanced Research” worth of 6 Credits
(minimum 6 month) should be carried out.
– A presentation + viva is compulsory. Thesis will be
assessed by minimum of 2 examiners. Final Thesis
should be submitted in hardbound form.
