Respected Sir/Ma’am,

I, Nalam Suraj citizen of India would like to apply for study permit visa in order to pursue the
course of “Master Degree in Medical Bio-Technologies” at “UNIVERSITA DEL PIEMONTE ORIENTALE”. The
course lasts for two years and classes will commence from September 2019.

About Myself:

I am “Nalam Suraj” aged 23 years (19/07/1996) and have pursued “Bachelors in Pharmacy” from
“Ganga Pharmacy College, Nizamabad” affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University,
Hyderabad (JNTUH) with the aggregate of 62.37. When I began planning to pursue a Master’s degree
with specialization in the field of Bio-Technologies and I have made my plans of moving to Italy with the
objective of pursuing my Master’s Degree, which would immensely help me to enhance my career
prospects.

Purpose of Travel:

I choose Italy as my destination for master’s degree because the education in Italy is globally
recognized and Italy has many professional Universities. A total of 30 Universities in Italy feature in the
QS World University Rankings 2019, of which 12 make it into the world’s top 500. With passionate to purse
masters in Bio-Technologies, I am so delighted to join “UNIVERSITA DEL PIEMONTE ORIENTALE”.

 I have sufficient funds of INR 7,16,509 (8947 Euros) in my savings account, Citi bank.

My departure is on 10th September 2019. I would like to travel Italy on 10th September. I will be
staying in hotel naming “ll Giardino Sul Lago”, Viverone, Italy as I already made the booking for the period
of September 11th 2019 to September 22nd 2019. For the permanent accommodation, the students will
be assisted in EDISU Residences, Residences, Sportello Casa Service. The entire expenses during my stay
in Italy will be borne by my father, Mr. Raj Kumar Nalam. According to my father’s earning and savings I
have sufficient funds in my bank account no foresaid.

Tuition Fee mentioned in the admission letter from the university as quoted below:
Tuition fees have to be paid in three different moments: 1st installment – 156 Euros, 2nd installment –
about 346 Euros, 3rd installment 0-2090 Euros.

Future Plan:

After completion of my studies at “UNIVERSITA DEL PIEMONTE ORIENTALE”,I intend to return

to my country and start my career with what I would have learned there, I will be able to serve
my country better with this skills and learning .
