IBD Analyst / Associate: Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a talented Investment Banking Associate to get onto an accelerated
career growth path and rise through the ranks, with increasing levels of responsibility within a
boutique TMT advisory firm focused on early stage/angel transactions.

Ideal candidate would have completed a minimum of 2-4 years as a banker, or 4-6 years in an
IBD support role (Research) at a premier investment banking desk, and worked on a variety of
transactions across sectors with exposure to TMT (Telecom, Media & Technology), or worked as
an Associate at a Tier 1 Consulting firm.

§ The Associate will be working closely with senior bankers, executives and experts from other
groups.
§ Will be responsible for conducting sophisticated financial analysis and relevant industry
research, generating business leads, preparing pitch books for client portfolios, structuring
transactions, pricing & distributing securities and generating and closing deals.
