Common Point's
1. the final requirement 2 x 85 cubic metre per hour plant. 140 cubic metre per
hour option not required
2. we need 2 options 1st for 75 % recovery in RO first stage and 2nd Option is for
85 % recovery in RO first stage. the flow balance for both recovery percentage
options should be submitted as part of the final offer.
3. please provide a process description exactly matching the proposed flowsheet.
4. equipment shown (including standby) in the PID should match the number of
equipment offered in the scope of supply
5. 2nd stage RO should be part of the basic plant and shall be included in the
price.
6. Power consumption and chemical consumption of the plant should be provided.
7. Provide the quantity and quality of reject water
6. the plant shall be an automatic operation plant and required automation and
control including PLC / SCADA shall be part of the main plant supply scope and
price. In view of automatic operation through PLC / SCADA we don't need instrument
control panel.
7. If VFD drive is required for any pump it shall be specifically mentioned in the
offer.
8. the electrical system starting from MCC (intelligent MCC) upto and including the
motor shall be offered as a optional supply and is not part of the basic price.
9. Kindly update your offer based on the abouve points and send your final
technical offer (complete with all attachments / annexures) superceeding all the
previous offers we proposed to refer only to the latest technical offer for
commercial discussion by KRPl.
Electrical packages will be optional and will consist of the following
IMCCs, VFDs, cable, cable trays, cable accessories, motors, and earthing material.
Prices should be offered separately and all the technical data to be included in
the offer

Zion Point's
size of multigrade filter should be 2800 mm dia x 2200 mm height.
please specifiy the name of the anitscalant, antioxidant and acid dosing chemicals
(name, solid / liquid, concentration, etc.,).
the design pressure is mentioned as 2 kg for multi grade filter, micron cartridge
filters and mixed bed unit it should be corrected as 5.5 kg
for RO unit the design pressure should be indicated
recheck the operating hours between regeneration for mixed bed.

Thermax
number of places in the data sheet, you have mentioned DDE (during detail
engineering).Please specify whatever you proposed at this tender stage since we
need to know the appraisel of the offer.
