1-cause of overhauling:.

- We facing a problem for percentage fine after crumbler and different size for crumbler feed.

-:Overhauling steps for each crumbler -2

.Changing all set for crumbler (two radial rollers, two straight roller -
Changing all pulley and sleeves for the radial

-.Changing all pulley and sleeves for the straight rollers
- .Changing all bearing for rollers
-.Changing all belts for rollers
-.Changing all Teflon seals between rollers to avoid any leakage for pellet feed

.The delivered set has the same specs for old set (250 RIF with pitch 3mm ) -

After our discussion with PTN engineer about the problem of fine percentage and different size -
.for pellet feed , he suggested to change the profile shape of rollers

Conculsion

- Based on our discussion with PTN that we need to change to anew profile shape to(375RIF
with 2mm pitch).

- The changing of the new roller for two crumbler will cost a lot so, I sugest to study the
possibility of reuse the old rollers to reshape them with the new specs (tooth will be
increase per inch) in epypt instead of reshaping them by PTN in Holland .
