The Dolphin series listed above incorporate the Professional Edition

of the OS. Per Microsoft, this platform does not support Terminal
Services Client. (Terminal Services Client is supported only on the
Premium Edition.) Although customers have successfully downloaded
and installed the Terminal Services Client for Pocket PC 2002,
Microsoft licensing does not allow us to support this on the Dolphin
products listed above. (The PPC 2002 version can be downloaded

The Dolphin 6100 OS includes the Remote Desktop (RDP) client

integrated.

• On the Windows CE 5.0 operating system, it can be found in:

'Start' > 'Programs' > 'Communication' > 'Remote Desktop
Connection'.
• On the Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 operating system, it
can be found in: 'Start' > 'Programs' >'Remote Desktop Mobile'.

Dolphin 7600 running Windows CE5.0

The Dolphin 7600 running Windows CE5.0 includes the RDP client
integrated in the Windows CE 5.0 operating system and can be found
in 'Start' > 'Programs' > 'Remote Desktop Connection'.

Dolphin 7600 running Windows Mobile 6.0

The Dolphin 7600 running Windows Mobile 6.0 does not include the
RDP Client. This is not supported on this product.

The Remote Desktop client (RDP) is already integrated in the

Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system and can be found in 'Start' >

These Dolphin series include the RDP client already integrated in the
OS, found under 'Start' > 'Programs' > 'Remote Desktop Mobile'.
Dolphin 6000, 6100, 6110, 6500, 70e, 7800, 99EX, 99GX running
Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5

These Dolphin series include the RDP client already integrated in the
OS, found under 'Start' > 'Remote Desktop Mobile'.

Dolphin 75e and CT50 with Windows Embedded 8, Windows 10

for Handheld

In the D75e and CT50 with WE8H or WE10 IoT, there is not a RDP
client installed from factory. However, there are many applications
available on the Microsoft Store.

ScanPal EDA50, EDA70, Dolphin 75e, CT50 and CK75 with

Android Operating System

There is not RDP client installed in the Android Operating System

from factory. However, there are many options available in the
Google Store (i.e. Microsoft Remote Desktop).
For devices which do not have access to the Google Play Store, the
software vendor needs to provide the RDP client as APK file, so it can
be installed on that device..

Note: RDP clients available in Microsoft and Google Store are third
party applications not supported by Honeywell.

Intermec CN70, CK70, CK71, CK3X, CK3R, CN50, CN51 (WEH),

CS40, legacy: CN3, CN4, CK3A, CK3B, CV30, CV60

These Intermec series include the RDP client already integrated in

the OS, found under 'Start' > 'Remote Desktop Mobile'.
