ABSTRACT
This report is based on the understanding and management knowledge constructed
during an induction of the company for new fresher’s being employed by the company.
It will elaborate more on the initiatives of introducing the induction program from the
company and why is it been done.
INTRODUCTION
When a company employ new employees, the company plan an induction program in
advance and during the planning of the induction a timetable is constructed setting up
the duration of the induction it should take. The planning will include well trained
employees with their responsibility to take during the training process from their different
departments.

Normal an induction takes at least a month or two to be finished depending on how

large the company is with the large number of works and departments. It covers an
exposure of all the departments of the company giving a clear understanding from the
new employees on what is done from those different departments.
