Progress report 2 : Programs and Apps

You can use MS Word or Powerpoint slides.

Based on the suggestions that you have provided with your team, do suggest the
programs / software / apps that can be used by chosen organization. Different
group has its own suggestions like developing a website, mobile apps , new
interface, and etc. Therefore, do observe and identify what are the suitable
software applications for the organization.

among writers. Teachers can exchange lesson
plans, worksheets, or other materials on disk
and modify them to fit their needs.

Especially since the release of Google Docs,
teachers and students can now create, edit, and
share documents synchronously.

Can store a small or large set of data within a
system of cells, organized into rows and
columns. Spreadsheets can also process and
manipulate data, with sorting and filtering
among the most common tasks.

It manages data efficiently and allows users to
perform multiple tasks with ease. A database
management system stores, organizes and
manages a large amount of information within a
single software application.

4. presentation graphics Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynotes


software Display information in the form of a slide show.
Delivers understandable information through
the presence of suitable graphics.

Write important notes, to-do lists, record an
audio, store images, and more.

6. Personal Information Microsoft Outlook


Manager software It helps to contain personal information in
electronic form. It also organizes one’s
schedules and keep track of upcoming events,
meetings, appointments and etc.

Work with one another, making it easier for
users to move work product between them. For
example, an Excel spreadsheet file can connect
to an Access database to import data. The Excel
spreadsheet can then be imported into Word
for mail merge tasks.
