Medical ERP System

This project is an efficient enterprise resource management system made for the medical
profession. The software system consists of a central database for storing all the ERP related
data for a particular medical organization. The system consists of an effective GUI that allows
system users to input supply and demand related data easily into it. The system then processes
the data and accordingly stores it into the system. This data can later be used for statistical and
work purposes. It has a large repository to store and maintain product names, dates, delivery
dates and other product specific data. The software system can be modified accordingly to suit
various medical business needs.

Features:

 Admin Login: The system will be under sole control of an admin. Admin can add or
remove resources from the system and can even maintain a record of the resources
available, supplied and demanded.
 Worker Login: Each worker of the organization has been provided with a login id by the
so that they can only edit data to the system and view product details.
 Product data view: User can view details about the product like product name, delivery
dates and all other required information and order online.
 Product data maintenance: The system manages and arranges the data automatically
into proper format as required by the organization.
 Product data search and reports: The system generates reports about the total products
supplied and delivered for expected period according to user's need that can be used for
future reference.
 Export product data to excel: The system directly exports all the input data into excel
sheet format hence provides an organized data to user.

 Memory – 1GB RAM

Advantages:
 The system is very effective and convenient to use.
 It reduces the use of manpower to a great extent.
 It produces an overall statistics of the inventories so that it can be further used in future
for analysis purpose.
 The system is secured and gives only authorized access.
 It saves cost and time.

Disadvantages:
 As it reduces human efforts, it reduces employment.
