1. INTRODUCTION

This report describes the design of the “E-MY INSTITUTE”.

e-My Institute is iPhone Operating System (iOS) base Application. It is also called (EMI). In
this Project Student has all their information and Bio-Data. In this Project All Person have
authority for particular features. Every actor can create their Schedule and get remainder of
every schedule, every notice, and every event. Actor can also see fee structure but only clerk
can update fee structure. Student can also see their All Exam Result.
Student and Parent get Remainder of student work through the
notifications. Time Table has included Exam Time table as well as lecture. All actors can see
the attendance and alert the students and their parents about attendance report. There is
also a To-Do list (instructions) feature for students.

Other person out of institute can login guest mode. System having notice board
feature to share information among all actors of system. Student can modify their own
remainder of every work if it is required. Student can download reference book & Exam
Paper with Solution from E-Library.

Through this Application Principal, Faculty, Parents and Student are actively
connected with each other. This application will solve many problems create between
faculties, Parents and Students and also provide help to Student and Parents. This
application will decrease the work of principal, faculties, Students and parents and give
faster performance.

4. Story Boarding
 Happy :
 In our collage regularly organized festival and events like national level
tech-fest, inter-collage and sport events competition etc. it was a good
experience for me.

 Sad :
 Once i checked my attendance register, where i found that some students
were regularly bunking the lectures after a break or whole day, but their
parents don’t know about that. so i have to personally inform them about
this matter and this was time consuming so this was bad experience for
me.

 happy :
 In our collage expert lectures or seminars organized for students to gain
the extra knowledge and our collage faculty are also co-operative towards
student they also provide require study materials. S it was good experience
for me.

 Sad :
 Once I solving some query related to my subject, and i was facing some
difficulty related to topic so i need to went to my subject teacher but i had
to wait for the next working day to solve my problem which was a bas
experience.

11. DATA FLOW DIAGRAM
• Level 0 Diagram:

Level 0 Diagrams are used to clear the scope of the entire system under investigation.
A single process resembles context diagram, connected to external entities by resource
flows and data flows. And hence this diagram can be used to show the interfaces
between system and external entities. Thus context diagram aims at system boundary
and clears the scope of analysis precisely.

13.CONCLUTION
 Form E-my institute application we learn about features and we use and find the good
things and weakness in application and overcome by adding new feature like adding
comunication by adding chat and productivity imrove by adding video lectures
feature and notice board feature will be improves by getting notification of notice. So
this application will be more useful for student as well as parents and faculty.

14.PRIOR ART SEARCH

 Prior art is any evidence that your invention is already known.

 Prior art does not need to exist physically or be commercially available. It is enough that
someone, somewhere, sometime previously has described or shown or made something that
contains a use of technology that is very similar to your invention.

 The reality is very different. Many invention never become products, yet there may be evidence
of them somewhere. That evidence- whatever form it may take will be prior art
