Storage at site If goods are stored at site (customier’s domain) following points must be given for a storage with- out impairments: : Goods packed in seaworthy boxes or containers are to be stored if possible on fenced-in area, on solid ground and covered with tarpaulin if a roofed storage area does not exist : Packages below 1000 kg and goods in crates or unpacked goods are to be stored in ‘closed storehouses. . ‘Temperature-sensitive goods are to be stored in heatable storehouses independently from their chosen kind of packing, : Information on special storing conditions shall be written in the fields Remarks’ or ‘Stor- age’ on the respective packing lists.
