Providing , fabricating and applying at any height except where otherwise

stated in the specific item of the Bill of Quantities including all material,
labour and plant for the following items complete in all respect as per
drawings, approved shop drawings, Technical specifications,
Miscellaneous details and instruction of the Engineer.

1 STRUCTURAL EXCAVATION

Excavation for foundations in all kind of strata as at site including all lead
and lift and back filling the excavated material in foundation trenches, plinth
or under floor including breaking clods, watering, consolidation, by ramming
435.6 Cu.m
in layers not exceeding 9 inches in depth to full compaction, dewatering ,
dressing and disposal of surplus excavated stuff as directed by the
Engineer.

2 BACKFILLING:
Supply, place and compact in layers of 150mm thick compacted
thickness to 95% Modified proctor relative dry density, approved
select earth select earth belonging to soil groups GM, SW, and ML
as per ASTM D2487-85 (as amended) (classification of soil for
engineering purpose) including cost of laboratory and feild tests for
classification, watering levelling, removing of excess earth, including
all direct/indirect costs incurred upon purchase of soil, cartages,
lead/lifts, compactors, etc. complete in all respects; the earth will be
placed in depression, in plinth, under floors, embankments etc., as
shown on drawings/instructed by Engineer incharge.

3 CONCRETE CLASS A1 (Elevated)
Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete using OPC having
minimum cube crushing strength of 21Mpa after 28 days mixed with
an approved concrete admixture (Conplast SP 561 or equal
approved ) as per manufacturer's recommendations including
mixing, transporting, hoisting, placing in position in steel formwork, 23.4 Cu.m
vibrating including removal of formwork etc; complete as per
drawings, instructions of the Engineer (excluding the cost of
reinforcement)

4 CONCRETE CLASS A3 (Elevated)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete using OPC

having minimum cube crushing strength of 28Mpa after 28 days
mixed with an approved concrete admixture (Conplast SP 561 or
equal approved ) as per manufacturer's recommendations including
70.9 Cu.m
mixing, transporting, hoisting, placing in position in steel formwork,
vibrating including removal of formwork etc; complete as per
drawings, instructions of the Engineer (excluding the cost of
reinforcement)

4 STEEL REINFORCEMENT

straightening, cutting, bending, binding, wastage and such overlaps
as are not shown over the drawings, placing in position on M.S.
chairs, tying with binding wires, etc., in all kinds of RCC work
including the cost of binding wires, chairs, spaces, etc., complete.
