on lease from 15th July, 2019 to 15th January, 2020 and whereas the LESSEE is desirous of
leasing the AIR CONDITIONERS on rent and getting it installed in the premises for Trust’s use
at T - 23/6, T Block, DLF Phase - 3, Gurugram - 122010.
The conditions of lease here below stated, together with the Agreement set forth, constitute a
contract between the parties therein named which contract is hereafter referred to as “this
Agreement”.
● OWNERSHIP: The LESSOR at all times retain ownership of AC installed for use at T -
23/6, T Block, DLF Phase - 3, Gurugram - 122010.
● RENTAL DURATION: That the LESSOR hereby installs the Air Conditioners at T - 23/6,
T Block, DLF Phase - 3, Gurugram - 122010 from 15th July, 2019 to 15th January, 2020
for a period of 6 months. and this Agreement may also extend for a further period after
expiration of this term, by the mutual understanding and consent of both the parties.
● PAYMENT: The LESSEE shall pay the complete amount in three installments of rental
according to the number of Air Conditioners rented as per the APPENDIX-A.
● POWER POINTS: LESSEE shall provide suitable power points for all the Air
Conditioners to be installed in the premises.
● USAGE AND CARE: The LESSEE has the right to use the Air conditioners in the
premises installed for the entire duration of the Lease period without interruption. The
LESSEE agrees to protect all Air Conditioners from weather by suitable covering; to
provide competent operators where required and to return the Air Conditioners in as
good condition as received. LESSOR shall have access to the Air Conditioners at all
times for inspection. The LESSEE shall report immediately to LESSOR any malfunction
or failure of the Air Conditioners, if and when it occurs.
● LOCATION OF USE: The Air Conditioners shall be kept and maintained during the term
of this agreement at the location indicated in the Appendix-A and the LESSEE agrees
not to move the Air Conditioners within the location or remove the Air Conditioners from
the location without the prior consent of LESSOR.
The lease agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction over and any and all disputes between the Parties in respect of any matters
contained in this Lease Agreement shall lie solely and exclusively with the courts in
GURUGRAM, Haryana.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have set their hands on the 8th Day of August, 2019
hereinabove stated in the presence of witnesses given below:
