Subject: Cover Letter for Visitor visa application to Canada

I, Paramjit Ram, running my own business of Embroidery works, intend to travel to Vancouver, BC, Canada
as a visitor between 15.06.2019 to 30.06.2019 with my wife Harjinder Kaur who is my partner in the
business to meet our son name Raj kumar and to attend his convocation ceremony at Langara college,
Vancouver, BC,Canada.

On the sidelines, we are planning to visit various sites in Vancouver and see places like Capilano
suspension Bridge park, Vancouver aquarium, take a Vancouver city your as well as places recommended
by my son who has been residing there for a while.

We are a family of four members. We are a well off family as well as well settled here in India.

A description of our financial health is attached here within the file which can be seen by the relevant
documents attached.

We shall personally be bearing the expenses of our whole trip and I hereby solemnly affirm that we have
sufficient funds to cover our travel and living expenses. Once we successfully get a visa, we shall confirm
all the travel arrangements and shall also get ourselves medically insured so that we do not become a
burden on the country in case of any emergency condition.

Other than this, I am providing copies of all documents as per the Canada visitor visa checklist along with
this covering letter.

Please find enclosed the following documents to support my visa application:

Documents belonging to us:

1. Fully completed and duly signed application form.

2. Fully completed and signed family information form.
3. Fully completed and signed VAC consent forms.
4. Original and copy of our passports showing our travel history.
5. I and my wife’s net worth certificates duly certified by chartered accountant.
6. I and my wife’s savings accounts statement.
7. Registry copies of properties that me and my wife own, there translations and respective
valuations.
8. Certificate of Marriage and notarized translation.
9. My business proofs.
10. My salary certificates as well as General Provident fund( GPF) statements.
11. Income tax returns ( Atrs with computation)

1. Copy of passport and study visa of our son Raj kumar.

2. Copy of study permit of our son Raj kumar daughter Sunpreet Kaur Pannu.
3. Sponsorship letter from my son Raj kumar in the name of Mr. and Mrs. Ranjit Singh Pannu.
4. Bank statements of our son Raj kumar.
5. Pay cheques of our son Raj kumar.
6. Employment proof of our son Raj kumar .
7. SIN number copy of our son Raj kumar.
8. Convocation letter of our son Raj kumar from Langara College.
9. Student ID card of our son Raj kumar.
10. BC driving license of our son Raj kumar .
