It is an absolute mistake! Why? you should have to ban the selling of liqour itself. uproot the
very foundation of liqour industry in the philippines. the fact is, once you have drunk you are
not already in the good position to think that the driving while in the influence of liqour is
prohibited by law. what the man should do if he visited a friend and he got some shots then
he does not have a choice but to drive his car going back home so he will be penalised for
it? The Author of such Bill is also a drunker of hard and expensive wine.

May kulang pa ang bill na yan. Sana ay may mag file din ng bill na magpapbigat sa parusa
sa mga taong gumawa ng krimen na nasa impluwensya ng alak o drug. Dahil marami rin
kriminal na kaya nakagawa ng krimen ay dahil lasing sa alak o durog sa shabu o marijuana
o iba pang kauri nito, upang umiwas ng mag inom ang tao. at sabihin pagkatapos na lasing
at di alam ang gingawa.

What about the traffic enforcer getting LAGAY? Higher penalties should be imposed on
them.

ok man ang batas na ito. pero dapat baguhin ang paghuli sa kahit anong traffic violation,
hindi dapat kunin ang lisensiya titikitan lang at babayaran ito sa kahit saang LTO office. sa
ganitong paraan maiwasan ang lagay. kahit na man ako magkaroon ng traffic violation sa
ibang lugar bibi----an ko na lang para hindi ako maabala sa pagkuha ng lisensiya. pero
kung titikitan ka lang at ibalik ang lisensiya mo, magbayad na lang ako na may resibo
mapunta pa sa kaban ng goberno ang pera. Ganito po ang sestima sa ibang bansa. mga
tonggresman magisng kayo, paki gawa ng batas na ito kung wala pa kayong naisip.

Well here in the States the Law is properly imposed. there's no such things as palakasan or
sohol kahit anak ka pa ng Presidente you to abide the Law. Ewan ko lang kung kaya natin e
impose yung mga batas natin ng tama . Sa tutuo lang tayo ang mi mga magagandang batas
kaya lang ang problema ang pag patupad nito. Mi tiwala pa naman ako sa ating mga tag
patupad ng ating mga batas sana gampanan nyo ng maayos lahat ng mga ito para sa lahat
ng Pilipino at sa ating bansa. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas.

After numerous road deaths caused by drunk driving, finally our congrress has risen from
deep slumber. Another classic case of "better late than never" bill. I just hope this is not just
another alibi for "kotong cops" to flag down and solicit "love offering (new term for kotong)"
from hapless motorists. Or, a justification for implementing agencies to amass wealth from
suppliers of the required monitoring gadgets. Goodluck to us motorists.

Sana after this ayusing naman nila ang Ticket System. Naliligaw na nga ako sa Manila
papupuntahin pa nila ako sa lugar na di ko alam. lol Sana wag na nila kunin ang lisensya at
bayaran na lang sa bangko ang violation, or kapag need ng seminar, kahit saang LTO office
na lang sana. Kaya maraming mas may gustong magLAGAY na lang.

kahit magpasa pa ang kongreso ng sandamakmak na batas wala rin, di rin naiipatupad ng
law enforcer, papakitaan lang ng i.d ni papa or ni tito or ni ninong ang mga pulis areglo na
kagad, ang iba naman kapag walang kamaganak na kapit magbabayad na lang sa
manghuhuling pulis para iwas abala, si mamang pulis naman minsan nasisilaw sa bribe
money eh pano ang liit ng sahod eh, ganyan lang man----ayari dyan, sa pilipinas ang batas
mere suggestions lang, walang ngipin lalo na sa meron, sad but true...

actually mag 1 year na yang bill na yan for reading sa congress....ok lang ang penalty sa
ticketing but mas maganda sana na 1 year ang kulong without bail kung me persons
involved sa drunk driving incident...lalo na kung me namatay...mas mataas na penalty mas
maraming susunod sa batas trapiko...at revocation of license na 1 month i dont a gree with
that mas maganda kung wag na bi----an ng lisensya mga nag mamaneho ng lasing...a
drivers license is a privilige not a right of a person...kung walang susuway walang huhulihin
ang enforcer...
