Who You Are:

You are an experienced hire approaching the phase in your career where you are ready for the responsibility of
helping to lead a consulting team. You want to execute the ODI methodology to help solve the most challenging
innovation and strategy problems for Strategyn’s Fortune 500 client base.
Your previous experience in business or professional service (corporate strategy, management consulting, finance,
marketing/advertising, design, research, etc.) roles, and/or a recent degree covering many of those same concepts,
has helped you hone your analytical skills and your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, especially
through primary qualitative and quantitative research.
Every day, you want to put all these skills together for yourself and others in a collaborative, fast-paced
environment surrounded by team members that are also passionate about innovation, strategy, and client service.
